This is the nicest boutique hotel I have stayed in China. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, serves me tea the moment I step into hotel. Manager Xiao Luan upgraded me to the sixth floor from fourth floor of hotel which offers a much better view of the sea beneath without added charge. Also explains very carefully how the gadgets in the ultra modern room works. Can watch TV and movies on screen operated remotely. Same with curtains which can be drawn by remote. Big plus is that toilet seat is heated. Room is also warmed by air conditioning which is a bonus, since the day I checked in is quite cold. From the room window, can get panoramic view of the sea beneath. Makes tea drinking by the window a pleasure. Breakfast is delicious and there is free flow of porridge and noodle soup which is cooked with oysters and other seafood. Also plus is that there is lift landing at every level, so no need to climb stairs to reach room. At the roof on the Ninth floor, can take beautiful pics of the bay below.

Но одна вещь, которая вызывает у людей дискомфорт, это то, что если стойка регистрации отеля увидит, что гость забронировал номер на платформе, она добавит WeChat, а затем попросит вас оставить хороший отзыв на платформе и сказать, какова миссия (то же самое). справедливо и для других отелей, в которых вы останавливались на следующий день) , позже комментариев нет, и я все равно прошу вас предложить отель изменить это.

Мы выбрали этот гостевой дом во время поездки в Сяпу. Он расположен очень близко к илистым отмелям, откуда можно наблюдать восход и закат солнца. Мы забронировали двухместный номер, который оказался довольно просторным. Ванная комната была чистой, а напор воды — отличным. Хозяйка была очень любезна; она готовила нам завтрак каждое утро, и нам особенно понравились освежающие и вкусные лапша с морепродуктами. Она каждый день спрашивала нас, куда мы планируем пойти, и присылала нам указания. Ее обслуживание было превосходным. Мы даже купили у нее водоросли и сушеные креветки; если нам понравится, мы сможем заказать их онлайн в следующий раз. Я очень рекомендую этот гостевой дом.

This hotel is a fantastic property. The best photographic spots are only a short walk away, and the hosts directed us to the best spots for the light and shadows photography of the sea-weeds and oyster farms. The room is spacious, and elegantly designed. And the roof deck provides a relaxing spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a cup of tea! The hosts are simply fantastic people! They are super friendly and helpful, even went out of the way to pick us up when we went to a wrong trail instead of simply giving directions over the phone! When they found out that we didn't really enjoy the local food, they offered to cook for us with a very minimal service fee added to the ingredient costs. Their food made us feel so much at home, and was so delicious! We would return for another stay if we visit Xiapu again!

Самое главное, владелец терпеливо объяснил мне маршруты осмотра достопримечательностей Пинтана, рассказав, какие места стоит посетить, как избежать толпы и где найти настоящие морепродукты — все объяснил четко и понятно, сделав планирование нашего маршрута одновременно спокойным и эффективным. Этот гостевой дом настолько гостеприимный, что я обязательно выберу его снова в следующий раз, когда буду в Пинтане! Я настоятельно рекомендую его всем, кто планирует поездку в Пинтан; пребывание здесь сделало путешествие еще более замечательным!

Location is perfect, the free use of the e-bike enabled me to venture out and discover the wonders of the area. Sunrise welcomed me, I was totally delighted by the beautiful scenery of the wider area. There is a small shore near by and they provide beach clam hunting tools, also great activity for travelling families. The family room I stayed in is very spacious with a view overlooking the veggie gardens and the Bay. Clean, crisp and comfy. The host is the bees knees! she is extra attentive and ensures your stay is exceptional. Breakfast is delicious(seafood noodles), and the food available to order at a nearby seafood restaurant is great! I was craving fruit and chocolate the evening I arrived, next minute a fruit/food truck showed up at the hotel. Everything is basically at your doorstep. It was a magical holistic experience. Come and open your mind to the infinite possibilities✨I recommend to stay atleast 3-4 days to enjoy the surrounding areas aswell, mauri ora!

Good location for watching sunset and it sits in the middle of Dongbi. Staff were friendly and helped us with the luggages, which was great since our building didn’t have elevators and our room was on the top floor. We didn’t know that the home stay had multiple structures and were told we couldn’t enjoy the amenities of others. So if you want to use the beautiful pools they prominently featured on their marketing materials please be aware and make sure you book the specific building that includes the pool. We did the booking in a hurry and did not pay much attention, so imagine our surprise once checked in. The room is also very dated and I suspect there are better options for that price. Most hotels/homesstays have waterfront views so you may many options that are newer. The included breakfast was very average but the views of their restaurants were spectacular!
