Highly recommended. The service and welcome are exceptional, as is the hotel’s exquisite forest location and ambience in Camp John Hay, Baguio. Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!

I stayed at Selandra and it truly exceeded my expectations. At first, there was a minor issue, but the host quickly resolved it with such grace and professionalism. She made sure I was comfortable and even asked if I had any questions or concerns about the place—she was more than happy to help. Her hospitality was genuinely warm and reassuring. I celebrated my 25th birthday here, and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The space is not only aesthetic and peaceful, but also reliable for remote work—the internet connection was solid throughout my stay. If you're looking for a quiet and beautifully designed place to unwind, this is perfect. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Just a small note: the location is a bit tucked away, so if you're not into long walks, it’s best to book a Grab going to and from the listing, especially since it's not along the main road. But aside from that, everything was amazing. I highly recommend her place!

The breakfast is good for the price, there are days that the menu is better. But overall, it’s acceptable. There’s just some issue in terms of the response time of the staff, when requests were not catered immediately. The road going to the hotel is also under repair that’s kinda hassle. There’s no elevator connected directly to the floows so you have to take the stairs 😅

Но я заметил, что бананы не подаются. Персонал, похоже, внимателен к потребностям гостей. 2. Рядом есть отличные рестораны и магазины. Также недалеко находится конференц-зона CJH. 3. Есть просторная парковка, красивый сад и бассейн с подогревом. Однако этому отелю также нужны улучшения в следующих аспектах: 1. Похоже, что работа стойки регистрации не координируется. Мы забронировали номер на три ночи отдельно через Agoda и Trip.com и сообщили об этом администрации отеля. Однако после первой ночи на стойке регистрации нас спросили, продлеваем ли мы проживание. Хуже всего то, что наши ключи-карты были деактивированы, и нам пришлось снова спускаться, чтобы их активировать, что доставило некоторые неудобства. 2. В туалете стоял неприятный запах, поэтому так называемая горничная не спешила с обслуживанием. Нам объяснили, что делать, чтобы избавиться от неприятного запаха, но он всё ещё оставался. Мы сообщили об этом руководителю группы, который отправил своих инженеров на проверку. Персонал отеля пообещал вернуться, но так и не вернулся. Проблема осталась. 3. Очень сложно вызвать такси или заказать трансфер, и охранники сказали, что это из-за слишком большого количества гостей или туристов. Жаль, что в таком дорогом отеле нет трансфера. Мы забронировали этот отель из-за его близости к конференц-зоне, но остались разочарованы, так как не получили ожидаемого качества обслуживания и качества. В любом случае, спасибо замечательному персоналу.

Это был наш второй раз, и, как обычно, нам было приятно. Персонал был дружелюбным и вежливым. Очень последовательный в своем обслуживании. 👌 Учитывая его выгодное расположение, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от туристических мест (Burnham, Rizal Park, Session Road) и ресторанов, это одно из идеальных мест для проживания в городе Багио. Если вы любите кафе, я предлагаю также пройтись по кафе, так как поблизости есть несколько кафе, самое известное из которых — Foam Coffee, филиал Legarda. Просто делюсь фрагментами нашей короткой поездки в этом районе. Виды из номеров отеля и все такое. 😁

We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well. Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown. As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming. We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat. Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

And sana include n lng din yung egg wag na on the spot n lulutuin ksi humahaba ang pila ⭐️⭐️ Best location ito if may sarili kang car😊 Yun nga lng malayo sa mismong town. Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 or less) One thing nakakahilo yung paakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska sana may nag aassist dun sa pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at maiwasan yung disgrasya.
