При входе в отель нас встретил приветливый персонал, который помог с вещами и парковкой. От холла до второго этажа, где находится наш номер, отель просто потрясающий. Мне очень понравилась чистая кровать, и они щедро предоставили нам 4 подушки (по 2 на каждого). Напор воды в душе в нашем номере был довольно слабым, но это не страшно.

I rarely leave voluntary feedback for hotels we stay at, but this one definitely deserves it. Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out. The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday, The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

Это должно попробовать. И они не упомянули, что место становится романтичным ночью!!! Это идеально для пар, которые хотят развеять в мирном, романтичном с великой пейзажей. Our stay at Summit Ridge Hotel was wonderful. The hotel is very nice, the service is excellent, and the staff are warm, respectful, and accommodating especially to elderly guests and PWDs. We truly felt well taken care of and wish we could have stayed longer and availed discounts ❤️

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife.
