Мне очень понравилось пребывание в отеле Hilton Washington. Кровать очень удобная, с высококачественным постельным бельем, что обеспечило отличный ночной сон. Номера чистые и комфортабельные. Тренажерный зал просторный и хорошо оборудован; хотя некоторые тренажеры немного устарели, они все еще хорошо работают и выполняют свою функцию. В целом, очень хороший отель, и я бы определенно остановился здесь снова.

Our recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas. Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.

Overall my stay was good - the hotel is well located, and has many options for food and necessities. The room was ok - bed linens were worn, the usb outlet by the desk didn’t work, but overall everything was clean and pleasant. I found the shower water handle a nice touch - you can start the shower and control water temperature on the side, without getting in. I had an unpleasant experience at the front desk - I was given misinformation by a clerk at check in, and even I asked about the charges, I was given incredible attitude by another clerk. At 700 a night, I expected better treatment. I spoke with the manager and they resolved my issue, however it took more time than I anticipated from my schedule.

Номер большой, расположение хорошее. Он близко к Белому дому. Пустая трата времени на то, чтобы ходить в другие места! Обслуживание теплое, и есть завтрак, который можно упаковать и принести в номер.

Забронировал этот отель, понимая, что есть возможность заказать завтрак ”шведский стол” за 10 долларов с человека, как указано на trip.com. При регистрации запросил эту опцию, но отель отказал, заявив, что у них только завтрак по меню. Позвонил в службу поддержки trip.com, чтобы решить проблему. Однако trip.com не смог решить проблему и предложил компенсацию в виде TripCounty, причем сумма TripCounty рассчитана на 1 человека, а не на 2, как было указано в бронировании номера. Одна из двух прикроватных ламп неисправна — свет гаснет при вибрации/контакте с лампой. Сообщил об этом на ресепшене, но это не помогло. Проблема периодически повторялась. Немного плесени на затирке в ванной.

They provided us with a handicap room without informing us upon checking in. As the rooms had all the required facilities like hand rails etc. the mattress is also sinking especially on the left side not the Marriott standard. We had prepaid the room for 4 pax but only provide 3 pax bath towels, request the 4th pax bath towel after checking in, need to request again after we came back late night for the shower. The location is nearby the metro station.

Hotel is very nice, clean with excellent location as very close to the White House. Front desk and housekeepare are very polite and helpful. The overall service and stay was great!

By far the worst JW Marriott 'experience' I've had. The elevator system was terrible, often times waiting for 20-30 mins for the elevator, and when it arrives, it's already full, having to wait for other elevators. This elevator system need to be reprogrammed. The fitness center was close and there was no notice anywhere that it was closed. I called the fitness center to ask if the fitness center has moved, the front desk responded I can go to the Westin Hotel fitness center, which was 1 mile away. One evening the fire system went off and we were told to evacuate the hotel, as we were walking down the stairs, they notified it was a false alarm. The location is great, but I will not stay here again.
