When I was staying in The Exchange Regency Hotel. I booked the a bedroom and I loved it. This review is based on my personal experience, and I paid for my stay, FYI. I was happy that there were no ants, mosquitoes or cockroaches, the room smells good and it was really clean, the amenities I needed were there. The staff are also very kind. Whatever you need, they can provide it immediately with just a call to the front office, they will arrive after 5 minutes. So my rate is 5 out of 5. I'll be back anytime. Thank you so much.

No bathrobe, unfriendly

We checked into a hotel for the first time in Ortigas, and it was wonderful. The front desk staff gave us a warm welcome and helped us feel comfortable. The foyer has a lovely atmosphere, and the space is cozy. Ideal for holding off on finishing your rooms. This hotel has excellent amenities; the rooms were comfortable, the pool area was tidy, and the gym was kept up nicely.

I would like to give a salute to the front office agents, Ms. Kath, Ms. Chesca, and Sir. Conan and Sir Arvin for giving us a comfortable stay and helping us throughout our stay. The housekeepers were so good at their job of cleaning the rooms. Give a salute to the housekeepers for giving us clean and cosy rooms. The place also feels secure. Upon checking in, I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome at the front desk and they were very pleasant to talk to. I booked a classic queen room for 1 week and it was good for its price. the staff are helpful and friendly, they also have housekeeping every day. The lobby area and hallway are clean, they also have a pool, billiards, mini golf, and a gym. The room amenities are also good, they have good wifi connection, TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, water, coffee, and so on. The hotel is also walking distance to robinsons mall. Kudos to all the staff at the Hotel and will definitely stay again next vacation. Overall experience is 10/10
