Muy buen hotel, agradable, lindo, tranquilo, a cinco minutos caminando de la entrada a Petra, muy buena atención, servicio y calidad, no tengo quejas del hotel.

部屋は清潔で広く、無料のドリンク類も付いています。 スタッフも親切で優しかったです。 ペトラ遺跡のエントランスから徒歩1-2分程度なので非常に便利な位置にあります。 三ツ星ホテルとなっていますが、クオリティは四ツ星以上です。価格もリーズナブルなので大変おすすめです。

Hotel eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Servizio di livello superiore rispetto alle aspettative, gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff da struttura di alto livello. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottima, 5 min a piedi dal visitor center. Consigliatissimo.

位置很好，距離佩特拉步行可到，觀景平台不錯，每個房間還配有小陽台。服務也不錯。房間乾淨，整潔，就是床太小了。

Good hotel with a prime location. The service could be improved; my bathtub was missing the drain, and although I requested assistance, nothing was done. Excellent location, very close to Petra, souvenir shops, and restaurants. Overall, it's worth visiting the hotel's restaurant—fair prices, good food, and great service.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night before my trip to Petra. It is safe, comfortable, and there is complimentary WIFI. The staff are attentive. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The best part is that it is just down the street from the entrance to Petra.

For our tour this was billed as a more basic hotel than some of the others but we found it to be a lovely place. From our group it was obvious that not all rooms have a safe but everything was clean and the staff freindly. The breakfasts were good and we also ate in the restaurant one night and that was absolutely fine. We liked the Edom hotel and its location is perfect for Petra.

Clean and comfortable. We had a nice spacious room on the 8th floor that had views over the town. Staff were friendly. Restaurant had standard breakfast and dinner fare, ok, but nothing that stood out. Perhaps the best feature is that it's only a minute's walk away from the visitors centre, from where you enter the ancient Petra site. Old Street Restaurant in the lane just outside the hotel is great.

Quality for the price and the location. This was the dead season due to the Gaza situation. The weather was perfect and everything went smoothly. The locals worked hard to make my stay a pleasant one. A short walk to pleasant restaurants and the entrance to the Petra site.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel's fantastic location near Petra's entrance added to the enjoyment. The hotel team, starting with the warm welcome from Ayuob at the reception and the helpful information provided, was a great highlight. Emad's team exceptional care during breakfast time stood out as well. The room size was good, and the cleanliness was commendable

Excellent services and great staff, the room is clean , there’s a beautiful sunset terrace and the food delicious … A stone throw from the site … also free big parking space … a lot of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended hotel , I enjoyed it .

Comfortable, clean room.The best thing about this hotel is the location to Petra visitor centre, only 500metres. Breakfast was adequate but by 8.45 there was little food left & no more was forthcoming. We had two buffet meals in the evening, really good selection of food & good value. Lovely roof top terrace but no real atmosphere

The hotel and its rooms were very clean and attractive and our three night stay there was extremely comfortable. I had had an accident before arriving and found the management and staff wonderful, they were all so kind, attentive and helpful. The manager and restaurant manager treated their staff with pride and respect, so lovely to see and experience. The restaurant and reception staff especially were a credit to Edom, in particular Jebrel and the receptionist studying to become a nurse. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. If you are looking for a hotel that exemplifies the warmth and generosity of the people of Jordon, then please choose the Edom hotel.
