Хороший отель, приветливый персонал, удобное расположение и чистота. Но нас не вдохновили платить по 16 фунтов стерлингов за завтрак. Завтрак был очень скудным: ни сыра, ни ветчины, только яичница-болтунья, да и в номере было грязно, на полу валялись объедки. Зато мы отлично позавтракали в кафе Stoke Village, которое я рекомендую.

I had an outstanding experience at Leonardo Hotel Plymouth. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities that made my stay relaxing. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Plymouth, close to the waterfront and local attractions, which made exploring the city effortless. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the team. Great location in Central Plymouth. The room was a decent size and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I have to admit, I wish I had used Leonardo's Hotels in the past, when I had the option to. But now I can't help but feel the regret of not discovering their chains earlier enough. Anyway, that's by the by, but to say the hotel exceeded exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I mean, a part from the usual basic needs, the tea, the coffee, the milk for crying out loud, there were abundance of those. I was honestly extremely happy to see that given my stay was only for a day, that amount of supply was left to my disposal. I have stayed at branded chains who can't even get the basic right let alone go above and beyond. Other key touches, the selection of pillows left on the bed, unlike some places where you have to make do with a rough night sleep if the pillow available does not suit your need, I had no such issue with Leonardo. The pillows were there, scattered on top of the bed, I found one that was comfortable and slept with no complaints. This is extra brownie points territory, Leonardo! To conclude, will I stay at Leonardo again? Of course! At the time of booking, I only expected one thing: to stay for the night. But didn't expect the little touches to out exceed what I originally intended stay here for. Wish I could stay for longer, thanks Leonardo Hotel, Plymouth!

Great location in the centre, very lovely staff, rooms are large and practical, beds and desk chairs super comfy. I liked the free fruit, nice touch. The only thing I was missing was a fridge in the room but reception were helpful to keep things in their fridge.

This hotel was alot better than expected and alot cheaper than other rivals ive stayed in before but found this alot better and rooms are alot more spacious great hotel and amazing staff

I have never used a Leonardo hotel before and after this weekend it will be my only option, for the amount it cost me I will be honest I was not expecting too much. BOY I was wrong ? The room was spacious clean and welcoming. The bathroom shower was out of this world. Our bed was so comfy I didn't want to get up! Usually of I book breakfast you get rock hard fried eggs. Cold sausages that taste disgusting and the rest was inedible. Here ohy lord not only was the fried egg hot and soft but of I would have liked I could have my egg scrambled, poached or boiled, The rest of breakfast was huge you could have Porridge with every topping imaginable, fried, continental, cereal of EVERY KIND and there were choices of milk, butter and a wide range for all food groups Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten intolerant. I was sad to leave I enjoyed my visit so much. The only gripe I had was the parking charge as I am disabled but on the whole it was worth it for the stay. OH I forgot the cleaners were like fairies we left our room for breakfast when we returned our room was spik and spam AMAZING

Great check in so friendly ,lovely room so clean comfy bed ,coffee and tea ,would recommend the breakfast great variety and the staff so helpful

The room was great made up daily with new towels. 2 key cards provided. Didn't book breakfast initially and was offered for £10pp if booked the night before so we took advantage of this. A few minutes walk from the harbour and barbican so nice and close but far enough not to be disturbed by noise. Would stay here again.

A very dated and average hotel positioned on a noisy main road. The decor is tired and dated, however it’s cheap and demonstrates relatively good value for money given the facilities available. Breakfast was ok - a range of hot and cold which is pretty standard in a chan hotel like this. There was a concern that I observed a staff member checking the temperature of the food items in the breakfast buffet and then us g his fingers to remove the food from the thermometer and then subsequently wiping the thermometer with his hands not a cloth. There was also a dead bug swimming in the ‘fresh’ water dispenser at breakfast too.

It was my second time at the Hotel and I love it The workers are very helpful and nice Rooms clean and the breakfast is excellent

Very comfortable stay here! The staff were also very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good and hearty. It was a convenient location for me since it’s close to the university.

Checked in but no water in hotel, staff gave us 2 free glasses of wine for the inconvenience. Very polite staff especially the lady on duty behind the bar at 4pm on Sunday 28th September, she deserves a pay rise for her friendliness and enthusiasm.

Lovely looking hotel, quiet, clean and modern. Friendly staff. However breakfast was terrible. Half the menu unavailable, not enough crockery and no staff for assistance. The cooked breakfast was poorly prepared and cheap poor quality ingredients.
