Coru House

So long story short. Me and the wife are currently staying at Coru House, the tidiness the cleaning is spotless, quiet, good area, amazing and quite modern and comfortable. So we had a little bit issues with the water but was quickly solved. But the great thing for us, was the ability of the Lady in charge of looking after us while we had issues. I believe her name is Veronikas? She is amazing, we never received such royal treatment and we have been to places where people actually don't care, such places like hotels for example. The last night (today as I am writing now) she upgraded us to HUGE place for free because we had an issue with the door not opening (these things happen sometimes). We sort of panicked as our stuff was inside there and we were overthinking a lot thinking that the issue will be only solved in the morning. But no, she came fast in response to help us and so did the locksmith, and this was at 10pm !!! Normally at this time people would be sleeping and deal with the issues tomorrow plus these are appartements/studios, not a hôtel room. If it wasn't for her looking after us, we would most likely have been stranded outside of our own room. We also chat away with people responsible for Coru House and communication was effective. What can I say, if we have a problem and is quick solved, and we get such amazing treatment, we then are happy customers! But also in general the rooms are fantastic Thanks for hosting us, we will be staying here whenever we back to Prague.

L’appartement est très agréable, avec tout le confort nécessaire: machine à café et bouilloire disponible, une petite kitchenette. La déco est assez moderne. La localisation est top, assez centrale (centre ville à environ 20-30min à pied) avec plein de restaurants proches. Le bruit est cependant le gros point faible: il y a beaucoup de passage de voiture, même la nuit et l’isolation des chambres est moyenne… Cela reste un bon endroit pour un court séjour.
