Ужасный опыт. Парни были очень грубы, ругались и угрожали после просьбы о смене постельного белья. Белье было полно публичных волос.

Great location, easy access to every touristy spots. Visited one of places that reception staff recommended, the view was great.

I would never recommend this hotel. Prague is a beautiful city. And this hotel is located in a really convenient and lovely part of the city. Well connected by tram and subway. However. The hotel is not where it should be. I booked an apartment with two single beds but was told it was impossible to receive two single beds in an apartment room. Nonsense. As the next day after communication between my service provider and the hotel, I was moved to another apartment. This apartment like the first was two blocks away from the hotel. It was also above a row of trash cans. Something we noticed on a warm Saturday evening. When insects started entering the room from our open window. It could be argued that we shouldn’t have had our window open if we were bothered about insects. But the shear amount and varying species of insects evidently came from the trash bins down below in the courtyard. And what other option did we have. The hotel has no AC instead offering a cheap fan that over heats. To deal with the bug issue I was unable to contact the hotel as it was a walk away and there was no phone connection. Maybe I am expecting too much from a ‘boutique apartment.’ What isn’t too much is to clean. The apartment walls had a spider in almost every corner and the floors were caked in dust. The staff helped when I asked and seemed pleasant. But at the same time were also quite nonchalant as I assume they’ve heard all my ‘complaints’ from other guests before.

Hotel is in great location...two minutes from shopping mall ,mtr and other public transport...deffinitelly great breakfast which include all things from continental or english breakfast, cold cuts, fruit,cereal and others...recomending

真心覺得這家酒店很不錯，價格不貴，位置稍有些偏，但周圍交通還是挺便利，附近餐飲，商場和酒吧都有，每天上午還有自助早餐，裏面的東西也挺全，很豐富，可以當午餐吃了，衞生什麼的也很好，推薦。

酒店位置方便，可惜在房內聽到外面的車聲，隔一條街是啤酒廠，出入全是大貨車，早上七點就很吵，但h房與房之間的隔音還不錯

Это не 4 звезды. Номера маленькие и грязные, в номерах нет чайника, у нас была комната на чердаке с двумя потолочными светильниками, ни на одной из них не было занавески, каждое утро в 6 утра комната была освещена. В 7.30 утра нас разбудили стуки рабочих и использование угловой шлифовальной машины в коридоре. Стены и потолки нуждаются в чистке, пятна повсюду. Завтрак был ниже среднего. Хот-доги, жареная ветчина, 2 хлопья, хлеб и тарелка с сыром и ветчиной. Кофемашина шокирует. При этом мы заплатили 125 за 2 человек за 3 дня, поэтому многого не ожидали. И они доставили этот отель примерно в 15 минутах ходьбы от основного туристического раздела/зон осмотра достопримечательностей.

We liked the location. Near to the bus station and Metro station. From the airport catch the 191 bus right outside the terminal and get off at the bus station (cost around £1.40 one way). A 3-minute walk to the hotel and you are there. Walk into town over the river or catch a tram or underground. We mostly walked the 30 minutes or so into the old town. Basic hotel with a good breakfast and 24 hour front desk.

Check in was simple although not the most charismatic. Room could have really done with updating, holes in wall paper, walls tatty and old furniture. Beds have plastic (waterproof I’m guessing) sheets underneath which makes you sweat a lot, just glad we had air con. Bathroom seem modernised which was good. Breakfast had various selection of hot and cold, set us up for the day. Great walkable location. Would stay again.

We spend a long week end there, the location is very close to city center and not far from a bus and tram station. The main lobby is very small and could be improved, the room for two people is big enought the bed is confortable. Room very well hacoustic insulated so no noise from outside. Breakfast is typical international with good food. I can suggest this hotel, if I will be back to Prague I will go there again.

Hotel reception staff were helpful. Breakfast was good but the overall condition of the hotel not too good - it was tired and needed to be brought back to 4 star standard. Television did not work as there was some hotel wide problem with reception. A good positive was, it was in a handy location.

Great place to stay. Clean and air conditioned. Good location close to metro and shopping.
