JS Cape Colom - Adults Only

Stayed here for a 4 night holiday - lovely hotel with all the amenities needed - the staff are all very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The food was plentiful with choices for most people - the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The two pools were cold at first but you get used to them, the spa on the rooftop has amazing views and all facilities needed. Hotel is a 10 min walk to a lovely sandy coved beach with lifeguards on duty all day. The port out at Portocolom is half a mile or so walk and stretches for over a mile with little bars and a few shops. Portocolom is a relaxing resort and it’s been made more relaxing with this great place to stay.

This is a brilliant hotel with magnificent views. All the Staff are lovely & very helpful. Room's very clean as is the hotel. Food different every day. This is the fourth time we have stayed at JS Cape Colom and would highly recommend. When travelling to this hotel from Palma Airport it's best to take a private transfer as it only takes approximately 45 minutes by car.

We have been to Cape Colom Hotel many times and had a great time as usual. Staff very friendly from Miguel on reception to Annette in the bar and the cleaning staff, every single one of them. In our room we could have done a small set of drawers. The microwave in restaurant is good addition as we prefer our food to be hot. Sometimes chilly in restaurant as was in the seated area in bar, especially with open door. Could have done with more cold meats at lunchtime.

The hotel is a dream its stunning very quiet and relaxing,set overlooking the sea , we were so surprised that it was only 3 star as it seemed it should have been atlesst a 4 star. The staff went above and beyond, always very happy and helpful . The all inclusive option was amazing .a lot of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner . Room was spotless , hotel itself was spotless clean too . Cleaners cleaned our room every day even though we only stayed 3 nights . We arrived late at 11.30pm and the staff had food prepared for us and got us a drink even though the bar was closed. Special thanks to Mada who is an absolute gem and the lovely blonde girl who worked at the bar . Fantastic hotel , very quiet location. Don't hesitate to book!

Located on cliffs with lovely views. Staff friendly and very efficient. Food was varied and good quality. 5 minutes walk to beach and about 15 in opposite direction to the port area. Bedroom accomodation good size. Plenty of sun beds and seating outside.

An excellent hotel with good food especially for vegetarians ,good staff were extremely helpful and polite at all times.An adult only hotel so nice and sociable with no children was a bonus. Room was very nice with a partial sea view, bed very comfortable .

Wow can not fault anything about this Hotel. Food is plentiful,lots of choice, for a fussy eater like me never struggled to have choices. We stayed in room 407,the view off the balcony was stunning. Nearly all the rooms have a sea view. Lots of sunbeds. 2 pools. Entertainment 3 times a week. Have seen 2 so far and both have been excellent. All inclusive and aduls only makes for a relaxing holiday. Would definitely return. All the staff were brilliant.

Reception Mada - welcomed us and was superb we had a flight delay . Luggage delay and 1 hr taxi ride and were tense - she told us to Go eat get a drink Took luggage and this service was the best Rooms clean and well kept . Balcony has a clothes dryer . ( bring pegs ) air con but not needed in April Pool area- plenty of Sun loungers so Many dotted everywhere . Pools looks clean but was too cold to go in. Bar - happy staffed . Water station available ( bring a bottle ) plastic cups available Restaurant Good am vegetarian they dnt really label ingredients but if u learn “no meat” or vegetarian you will be fine and ask staff are happy to help. Location - not close to anywhere . Stay here and chill out . Cost 77£ taxi one way or around 33£ for two person one way Books in a hidden cupboard 107 corridor . Go hunting . Lots there. Gym on top floor with sauna and gr8 views . A must see even if you aren’t a gym person . Staff are excellent . Recommend place for a total chill . Stunning views while u relax . Crashing waves and beautiful sun . One just dnt tell everyone .. best kept secret .

A lovely adults only hotel in portocolom. Lovely food. Great service and staff. No cocktails sadly just made up carton ones. There are 2 lovely pools and access to the sea via some steps through the gardens. Big rooms and balconies. A great location too tight on the water. The beautiful beach is at the bottom of the road and turn left.
