房間相對其他帳篷酒店要趕緊整潔很多，房間有熱水，但是要早點用，人多的時候大家都懂得，酒店餐雖然種類不多，但是在沙漠也知足了。

Пребывание здесь включало поездку через пустыню и пару остановок, чтобы увидеть некоторые замечательные места. Это было очень весело и лучшая часть этого дня. Лагерь находится в красивом месте; очень уединенное и мирное. Люди, работающие там, чрезвычайно милы и услужливы. Еда была шведским столом и очень хорошей. «Палатка» была немного разочаровывающей, так как все в ней очень старое и изношенное, со шторами с небольшими разрывами и не слишком чистым видом. Кровать была похожа на сон на батуте. Когда кто-то двигался, другой подпрыгивал. Ночью есть большая зона отдыха под звездами, где горел небольшой костер, и вас кормили чаем. На горе светились цветные огни. Вот и все. Больше ничего.

The facilities at the camp were very good, especially considering its location. The staff were pleasant and helpful (although my lack of Arabic was evident). The food options were limited to the buffet dinner and breakfast, but both had adequate options and the food was good. A few things worth bearing in mind - (i) While the site had WiFi, it was only available at the reception (cell signal is not available anywhere); (ii) the camp does not serve alcohol, but they allow guests to carry their own.

Be warned - the promotional Camp pictures posted by the vendor are out of date and don’t accurately represent what the Camp looks like. The Camp is infested with cats, there’s rubbish and animal faeces everywhere. The pathway lights don’t work, making it difficult to walk at night. The kitchen is simply a heath hazard (see pictures). The tents are old, smell of burnt rubber and have not been maintained; the Camp generally is extremely run down and need serious investment. It doesn’t live up to the “luxury” label. Management need to invest a lot of money into the Camp before it should accept anymore guests. Positives: the skeleton staff were lovely, and the view amazing.

This so called Luxury Camp has seen no upkeep or maintenance over many years. It’s essentially falling apart. The kitchen is disgusting, so much so that 5 or the 8 people in our group were very ill. We were in an Intrepid trip and we took photos and reported back to them. They’ve now dropped it from their program.

Rooms were surprisingly large and functional with air conditioning comfort. Shower which is in an enclosed cylinder shape was however very small and cramped. Very nicely furnished with adequate luggage storage space, indoor lounge viewing and also outdoor chairs on small deck. Bed was on the soft side but comfortable. We did have wi fi in our room which was reasonably close to reception. Torch needed at night to go to seating/fire area which is away from the main dining room and a good place to relax with a cup of tea. Buffet meal was ok with water provided and with help of our tour guide staff arranged a birthday cake celebration for one of the group.

For Wadi Rum, the camp is excellent. We booked a triple room, and it was spacious and clean with good functioning AC. The bathroom was quite big and the shower worked well. The staff was very polite, flexible and organized. The dinner was good - perhaps could have been better - but the rest of the experience made up for it. Highlight of our stay was the starlit sky that we enjoyed from the Bedouin seating area with a fireplace and fresh tea. We hope to visit again in the future.

Worst experience I have ever had normally I don't care to write reviews specially bad one but this time I do insist to make sure I do deliver my bad experience to anyone trying to book with this camp unfortunately 0 satisfaction over all

The location is beautiful, set against desert rocks in Jordanian desert. The cabins were average. The shower was very small. The heater/ac didn't work, but it is difficult to get help at night because you have to walk to the reception. Food was good. The staff were friendly. We did a 30 minute sunset camel ride through the desert which was fabulous!! I dont know how far the other camps are, but it took us about 45 minutes to get to this camp from the village.

This is seriously posh glamping. Set nestled in the desert rocks, out on its own. A magical experience, the room was plush and comfy. Large en-suite shower, with air con. The supper we had was probably the best meal I had in Jordan. The breakfast also great. Lovely to sit out by the fire and watch the stars around the campfire. Only small note would have been nice for a bit of ethnic music or dance. However would definitely recommend. They has pod too where you could sleep under the stars.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. We were due to stay 3 night, we left after 1 night. This is Jordan and camping - so some flex has to be given however it is billed as 5* luxury and costs £300 per night - therefore expectations are high and it simply doesn’t deliver. The campsite has apparently changed hands very recently. There is a new team who aren’t equipped to run it. The food and dining staff are great. The shower block is clean. However everything else is a shambles. The pathways are cracking with sharp tiles now dangerous, the wooden walkways are coming apart with exposed nails to tread on. The external lighting is haphazard. The communal seating area has furniture that looks as though it’s come from a skip. When we arrived there was old food there from previous days and guests - it wasn’t clean. The bubble pods are tired, with now opaque roofs so the idea of gazing at stars whilst lying in bed is in reality a blur. The bubble pods work on positive air pressure - so are permanently being inflated by a fan - blowing in air from outside - fine when it’s warm, not when it’s cold as it makes it freezing. The heating/air con is supposed to counteract that however the power is flaky and went off every 10-15 mins throughout the night so we were freezing and sleeping clothed and hatted to stay warm - and when it kept coming on, the aircon reset itself and blew cold air and beeped incessantly - no sleep. Then we had no cold water at all. Which meant we couldn’t flush toilets. Then we had no hot water. Then the power to the pods failed so they started to deflate. There is no phone reception. Wi-Fi is flaky - dependent on power too! And you’re 30 minutes from where cars are parked so you’re trapped. All in all a disaster - chalk it down as experience. Unfortunately lots of unhappy customers, staff mutiny and leaving, housekeeping had already gone. So - I would recommend checking to see if it has improved before you stay.

Comfortable bed hot shower nice personal Nice dinners and breakfast . Can use a few more towels . Would like brew coffee in the morning . All the stuff very helpful. They good at organizing trip to the area . We defiantly liked the experience!!!

Wadi Rum - Well appointed Bedouin tents with private bathroom. Fabulous setting in the desert. Good buffet food Can’t fault it, lovely experience,being out in the middle of no where. You realise that water is the most precious thing on earth
