I was booked by trip.com but they send check-in email to *******, so I was difficult to check in but tidy and easy to sightseeing quebec.

Overall good stay. It's a self service hotel, which wasn't clear on the hotels description, upon arrival I didn't have the self-checkin instructions but I called the hotel number and they were quick to send me an email and even allow me to check-in earlier. Check-out was also really easy and I was even able to check-out later too. Only downside was that there wasn't an option for breakfast as it states on the hotel description. It would've been great if there were mugs or cups in the room and a plus if there was also a selection of teas as complementary. There was no where nearby that I could get a bottle of water or a hot drink, so it'd have been nice to have something in the room. Lastly for any light sleepers - the building is not sound proof so you can easily hear other guests talking in the corridor or going up the stairs etc. Other than that good stay overall - thank you Auberge la Chouette

-全自助式酒店不存在什麼服務 -房間頂上的燈有壞的 -進去時這棟房子在施工，沒有什麼安全感木質結構不隔音，白天能聽到施工的聲音看到施工的工人 -不確定是否所有的枕套都換過，有一股北美常見的男士香水味（救命了真的） -洗手間我覺得蠻小的，因為房子本身也是老建築了還是能看出一些時間的痕跡…（自己品吧）

看了評論分數很高才預訂了這裏，密碼自助入房，要走兩層樓梯，沒有電梯，樓梯非常陡峭和狹窄，行李大和重的話十分不建議. 酒店地點不錯，房間比較大，窗外景色不錯. 但要拿着行李走兩層樓梯真的太累了.而且停車也不方便.性價比不高.房間吊燈燈泡壞了忽閃忽閃的.床單有一小處血跡，後悔看了其他人的評論訂這家.不明白為什麼這麼高分. 由於是很老的房子，房間地板非常不平，向一邊傾斜10度，床放在邊上像睡在小斜坡上. 站久了也會頭暈，因為長時間站在一個傾斜的地方.我很懷疑房子的結構是否有問題. 浴室門老舊很難開關.
