This was THE WORST experience I have had a hotel. It started when checking in and the person kept calling me “Jessica” which I’m assuming means trying to check me in under the wrong reservation. Our first room was DISGUSTING (photos included), our second room had bed bugs and broken lamps, then our third room had broken drapes. The stairs to our third room had beer bottles on the landing, and in general the entire place was just broken, gross, or infested.
In the morning one of the front desk staff came to my door super early to “Apologize in person” and explained there is new management and previous management didn’t upkeep the hotel. Clearly.
I have spoken with the general manager and she refused to refund me because I “stayed the length of reservation.” She didn’t even apologize for my experience, and tried to claim the bed bugs were fleas (because I traveled with my dogs.)
