Kadus Grand Hotel

Ormai anche la Lonely Planet sta perdendo colpi e quando scrive che questo albergo è lussuoso o non ha mai inviato qualcuno per verificare di persona la cosa o quel qualcuno ha preso un’indigestione di caviale iraniano e non ha capito dove stava dormendo. Iniziano col dire che questo hotel non è un 5 stelle ma neppure un 4 e neanche un 3 stelle. Si avvicina ad un 2 ma con molte mancanze. Le camere sono piccole, vecchie e poco curate. Il bagno invece.., è purtroppo come la camera. Non vi fate illudere dall’esterno sopratutto di notte. Le luci della sera vi faranno sembrare lussuoso quello che è semplicemente un casermone kitsch con delle camere da caserma. Prezzo basso e quindi, almeno in questo, adeguato al livello della struttura. Il personale è gentile ma questo è quasi scontato in un paese come l’Iran dove il suo popolo è la cosa più bella. La domanda poi più importante è…. Ma c’è di meglio a Rasht? Purtroppo per me e per voi, credo proprio di no per cui se dovrete soggiornare in questa città, non vi rimane che adeguarvi e soggiornare in questo pessimo albergo.

this hotel renovated and in general has good appearance but in real it so old and you feel it when you enter the rooms but it has a very good restaurant with lots of delicious foods. whenever i go Rasht city i try its restaurant. you can experience the live music in restaurant also.

I'm at a loss for where to begin. We arrived in the afternoon for an overnight stay. This hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. The bathrooms were unclean and had an unpleasant odor, while the room itself was uncomfortably warm. Following my two complaints and sharing pictures, they reluctantly switched our family suite. However, the second room mirrored the first in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom tiles were shattered, the bathtub's surroundings were covered in mold, and even basic amenities like the kettle, phone, and TV were non-functional, prompting us to lodge complaints for each issue.

I found Kadus hotel to be very good, starting from the reception area through to the bedroom and dining room areas. There is a certain grandiosity when it comes to the decoration, particularly the one to be found in the hallway. The basement shops seem too grandiose and expensive for the area. The fact that there are Cafés and restaurants within walking distance inside the hotel area can, in my opinion, undoubtedely be a positive aspect.

Stay two nights as a couple during NORUZ holidays. -Poor 4 star hotel; very poor interior room design, poor breakfast, too (too) noisy at night (located in crowd and very noisy street … Can’t sleep until 2 a.m), overpriced … +polite and welcome staff (except some receptionist) … not suggest at all.

It’s like 3 star hotel Poor quality And the most terrible one is the noise coming from street even after 1 am! It is located near Noisy manzariye street and windows are not sound proof at all! Bed sheets were old and stale. Also breakfast quality was poor and limited.

5, the best trip. The best hotel, in north of Iran. Awesome restaurant and delicious foods. It is absolutely amazing experience in Iran. The Hotel is nice and luxury, the staff is very kind. I will visit as soon as possible. I prefer it’s winter ❄️
