Прекрасный отель, советую номера класса делюкс. Находится в тихом и уютном месте. Вкусные завтраки. На территории находится бассейн. Стоит взять автотранспортное средство.

Превосходное расположение с прямым видом на пляж Скала-дей-Турки. Просторный и чистый двухместный номер. Весь персонал был дружелюбным, в день нашего отъезда они были настолько любезны, что разрешили нам оставить машину на парковке отеля, а также воспользоваться бассейном. Плохой завтрак для 4-звездочного отеля.

The resort is lovely and perfectly located. Room was spacious but washroom a little outdated, although everything was very clean! Restaurant had nice food but we wanted to go elsewhere on the second night. Free convenient parking which is rare in Sicily!

Stayed here for one night as part of a tour group . The photos on the website look fabulous. The reality is not quite as expected. We had a ground floor apartment. There is a huge entrance area with a table ,chairs & sideboard. A short passageway to the bathroom & bedroom. Beds really hard ( as every bed had been on our trip ) , a walk in shower had been requested , this was ok but had a curtain , it was a small area so it kept sticking to you . Not much power in the shower either. The swimming pool smelt so strongly of chlorine we couldn’t use it as our eyes were sore without even going into the water. Dinner was a set menu , sadly with no choice of dishes . Breakfast was an average continental choice . We had a drink on the terrace, this overlooked the sea , which was nice . There looked to be steps down to the beach but we arrived late & left early , so no time for exploring. This wouldn’t be a location we would return to but maybe independent travellers may fare better than a tour group

Arrived on a Sunday at 1.00 p.m. No bar, no food available. However room was ready but nothing in mini bar to eat. Bar didn't open until 3.00 p.m. Only serves drinks, crisps and ice creams. Restaurant didn't open until 7.30p.m. Lunch not available any day at resort. Room alright and bed comfortable. Hot water supply very erratic. Bathroom fittings not great. Had to ask for kettle, mugs and spoons to make coffees/teas. Housekeeping team good and cheerful. Breakfast deadly, totally lacking in imagination. Resort restaurant served good food but wonder when the menu was last reviewed/changed. Waiting staff warm and friendly in the main. Pool area good and pool itself not heated but in the hot weather that was not a problem. Adequate sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas. Excellent beach close by resort. A car is a must as places to eat in immediate vicinity of resort scarce. Also one will be needed to explore and there's lots to do and see. Key thing to know is that Sicily is the biggest island in the Mediterranean ( about the same size as Wales) so getting across to say Siracusa or Taormina is a three hour drive there and then back

Non saprei dove cominciare per descrivere l’inadeguatezza di questa struttura alberghiera. Innanzitutto appena arrivati scopriamo che la nostra camera era un seminterrato (o meglio un garage, visto anche lo scivolo d’accesso) trasformato in stanza di hotel. Questo è inconcepibile per una struttura che viene definita 4 stelle… in più, senza finestre e con l’illuminazione/aereazione proveniente da una porta finestra (peraltro con vista su un muro di contenimento). Ma non finisce qui, insonorizzazione inesistente, assenza di Wi-Fi, alle nostre rimostranze, dalla portineria, ci hanno assicurato che avrebbero acceso il router (si proprio così) il giorno successivo… sono passati tre giorni e del Wi-Fi nemmeno l’ombra. Potrei descrivere l’arredo bagno (si fa per dire, di cui ho le prove fotografiche) degno di un 2 stelle di periferia. Non posso non ricordare con fastidio anche l’anemico scrambled eggs della colazione ( peraltro in un contenitore di plastica). Vorrei chiudere con una nota positiva: la vicinanza alla Scala dei Turchi. In ultima analisi: fortemente sconsigliato!!!

Camera rumorosa , si sentiva per tutta la notte una caldaia accesa e i climatizzatoribestern8 appesi nella parete esterna della camera da letto , praticamente non abbiamo dormito. Piscina sporca con sabb8a e terra, ombrelloni piccoli e leggeri che volavano con il vento, non era presente un bagnino. Buona colazione. Personale assente .
