Holiday Inn Express Jackson - Ridgeland

The hotel is super clean and the staff is very friendly. Our room was very nice. The only cons that i have was not enough towels in the bathroom, my wife uses multiple towels so i have to hide mine if i want clean towels. There was only one cup for our drinks which should have been at least two. These cons aren't deal breakers but more of an inconvenience.

Pros: Nice, new hotel with a thoughtful, spread out design. The lobby and eating area are huge and have plenty of space. The room was larger than usual and very clean. The breakfast was well-stocked and oh my, the cinnamon rolls were fantastic! Cons: Check-in took longer than it should. They appeared to be short-handed and the only desk attendant was away to take care of another guest. She was very polite and apologetic, and I know it's hard to get help, but two people definitely need to be there during the busy check-in period. Also, the breakfast area really needs some shades. Nearly every table was in the direct sunlight and it was blinding. I think guests would be more comfortable with shades because I saw several of them eating while shielding their eyes with their hand.

We were first assigned a room that had not been cleaned—bed not made, trash in the garbage cans, etc. The front desk attendant did give us another room, but that small inconvenience wasted 30 minutes of our time. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay! Beds were comfortable, lobby smelled delightful, room was clean and fresh. Will stay here again!

This was a perfect refreshing stay in the middle of our road trip! The breakfast is wonderful and Keisha was so helpful and kind! Front desk ladies were above and beyond in any questions we had. I think they were very thoughtful about family placement too because we traveled with kids and are always worried about being too loud, the walls let in no noise but we heard other families when we were in the hall, so they must try and place people in a thoughtful way.

Stayed for a soccer tournament, was a new facility. Everything and everyone was of great quality

Excellent staff also Kisha at breakfast super nice and all the staff made us feel welcome I give you a 10 definitely I will come back to the location and the General Manager super nice . Love that hotel!!

So clean! Beds are super comfy. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars!!!

Since this was a new property everything was perfect and clean, wish we had found it on our last two trips.

Christy at the front desk was exceptional at check in. However, we were very disappointed when we found out that the hotel did not have an indoor pool as pictured. That was the sole reason we chose this hotel so that our child would be able to enjoy indoor swimming as we were on spring break & weather had turned cold.
