Мы с мужем остановились в этом отеле, потому что он находится в квартале от Пьяцца дель Пополо, откуда на следующее утро в 8 отправлялся наш тур. Служба доставки из аэропорта была приветливой и эффективной. Номер был хорошего размера, хорошо оборудованный, чистый, а ванная комната была небольшой, но хорошо оборудованной, современной и чистой. Кровать была немного жестковата для меня, но подушки были хорошими. Мне нравилось смотреть в окно со второго этажа, чтобы наблюдать за всем происходящим на улице внизу. Мы столкнулись с горничной, которая была очень дружелюбна и спросила, нужно ли нам что-нибудь. Роза была молодой женщиной, которая нас регистрировала. Она отправила мне сообщение на мобильный, чтобы я мог связаться с ней, если нам что-нибудь понадобится. Я обращался к ней пару раз, и она немедленно ответила. Она была очень внимательна. Общие помещения немного обветшалые и могли бы нуждаться в некотором уходе, но это старинное здание в самом центре туристической достопримечательности Рима, так что это понятно. В нашем номере было все необходимое. Ресторанов много, и они находятся неподалеку. Виа Кондотти, Испанская лестница, фонтан Тревино находятся в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Также с площади Пьяцца дель Пополо можно подняться по лестнице в сады виллы Боргезе, откуда открывается прекрасный вид на закат над крышами Рима.

We were in Rome for business but came a couple days early to explore on our own, and chose Ripetta Rooms for it's location and the good reviews. The location indeed was great...quieter street (but you are in a city, so there is no such thing as a truly quiet place), easy access to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain...and more specifically, the meeting place of our tour which was just around the corner in the piazza. I saw many reviews complain about the rooms being dirty - all I can say is that our room was very clean along with the reception room. And yes, the room is small, but this is Europe and from my experience this room was a decent size compared to other truly tiny rooms we've stayed in. The shower was quite small, but again, Europe. What was truly tiny was the elevator (1 person and maybe 2 pieces of luggage). It was very much appreciated as we had many bags with us (long story) and got them up to level 2 and only had to carry them down 1 easy flight of stairs. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the gelato shop around the corner is fantastic.

The photos on this site have been filtered and staged. This at best is a hostel, not a hotel. The rooms are small and not comfortable. We arrived at 5:30 in the evening. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The person who checked us in, and had us pay the tax at that time, in all other hotels I have stayed at this is done at check-out, left the building immediately once that was completed since the "reception hours" are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Unfortunately for us, the Ryder Cup was taking place in Rome and we could not find another place to stay or we would have left. I'm providing pictures of the entryway, stairs, and the always-vacant reception area.

Entry is filthy dirty. So dirty I demanded to see my room before dragging my bag up the steps. There is no elevator. The tile in the bathroom had handprints all over it as if has never been wiped down and the shower area leaked and was moldy. I was not at all comfortable in the location either. It was dark and covered in trash. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was not as clean as the images on the website described. It was very dark, the shower head broken and could do with a major refurbishment. I asked to move room and was told by the managerhad to wait a day and that she would alert the cleaner. When I was ready to move the cleaner did not let me in because he was not informed. I had to leave all my packed belongings in the previous room and also discovered that one of my holdall which I left in the room disappeared. Not a place I'd go back to.

Centralissima struttura nel cuore di Roma; camera confortevole, ben insonorizzata nonostante affacci sulla via principale che conduce a Piazza del Popolo, frigobar, bollitore, the, acqua e snack offerti gratuitamente. Il vero plus di Ripetta rooms è il personale: la gentilezza di chi ci ha accolto è stata esemplare (una ragazza e una signora più adulta). Hanno preso a cuore la nostra bimba e l’hanno omaggiata con biscotti e tanti sorrisi. Sembrava di stare in famiglia. Eccezionali anche Marco e sua madre che non hanno mancato di offrirci il loro supporto pratico anche al di là del semplice soggiorno. Veramente garbati: grazie per la vostra ospitalità. Torneremo certamente

La struttura si trova in ottima zona a due passi da piazza del popolo, si accede tramite portone con codice ad un bel palazzo, non esclusivo della struttura, dopodiché basta salire e aprire sempre tramite codice il portone che accede alla "hall" nel caso in cui ci sia personale si trova aperta, I codici vengono forniti insieme alla conferma della prenotazione in modo da poter essere autonomi anche in mancanza del personale, alla reception oltre a fornirti assistenza e indicazioni di ogni tipo forniscono anche il servizio di deposito bagagli. La camera bella e spaziosa per quanto abbastanza semplice nell'arredamento ben pulita e confortevole, letto comodo abbastanza insonorizzata per il rumore esterno, un po' meno per l'interno, bagno pulito e comodo. Prezzo leggermente sotto la media ma in linea con le strutture di questo tipo.

Ottima sistemazione in pieno centro. Camera dotata di ogni confort, da AC a WI-FI, frigo bar, televisione. Molto pulita e silenziosa, con pulizie effettuate quotidianamente. Presenza solo il mattino di un gentile signore alla reception, ma questo è più che sufficiente. Prezzi adeguati.
