Good service

Déçue par cet hôtel. Chambre mal équipée, robinet de douche cassé, porte de salle de bains ne ferme plus, pas de patères pour accrocher les serviettes, matelas très abîmé, cheveux dans la douche... Peut mieux faire ! Cela dit, la première chambre qui nous avait été attribuée sentait très fort le tabac 🙄, le réceptionniste nous en a très rapidement trouvée une autre. Chambre chère pour l'équipement.

3 nuits passées là-bas ... Une vraie catastrophe , bagarre en pleine nuit , dispute , des nuits ou certains clients ne respectent pas les autres avec de la musique à fond ( 3h40 ) , des cris , des soirées alcoolisé où ils sont bien 5-6 personnes dans la chambre à hurlé, des *********** qui passe des moments là-bas en présence de ses clients + bagarre avec leurs clients en plein jour devant les enfants pour de l'argent !!!! Propreté n'en parlons même pas , 4 jours là-bas , aucune personne n'est venue nettoyer notre chambre tout notre séjour ( nous l'avons fait nous même ! ) L'hôtel n'est pas chère certe mais plus jamais nous irons dans cet établissement , plus que déçu ... Ce n'est pas un endroit à aller et encore moins avec des enfants !!!

Dans l ensemble l hotel correspond au prix , hormis les literies qui sont très anciens et incofortable

Sit down!... Exposed electric cables in several places (bedside lights, heater, air-conditioning). Shower curtain hanging off. Shower plug hole just an open hole. Shower curtain mouldy. Toilet flush button makes the wall move. Hole in bathroom door. Various bits of paint / facia missing. People smoking *******. Our daughters bed smelt of ****. Receptionist rude and dismissive. Security gates not locked overnight. Don't know why I can't give a 0 out of 5.

We were given a room with a connecting door into another room, the door did not fit well and was not soundproof, with some improvisation with a first aid plaster managed to get a better fit. Not impressed at all. As with all premiere class hotel I have stayed at in the last 2 weeks, has seen better days, and now in need of refurbishment.

This is absolutely disgusting! I was worried that the bed above me was going to fall on me. I'd say that this is not a hotel. This is an absolute garbage. I truly pray for everyone who is going to visit this "hotel" and it's facilities. Best of luck to you all.

Cheap but not cheap enough run down un clean and. In a general state of disrepair don’t stay if you expect a nights sleep people up until 4 in the morning smoking on the balcony’s

I emailed several days ahead and when I got no response I called from England and spoke to the reception to request a late book in. I was assured that someone would be on the reception When I arrived with two small children, the hotel was closed, no one answered the buzzer or the phone, which I rang repeatedly. I had no where to stay and had to drive until 4am to find a hotel several hours from Dunkirk. I want to request a refund.

Well, just like all MacDonalds restaurants are the same in service and quality, you'd expect the same for Première Class hotels. Not here. Ridiculously hard to contact over the phone - tried more than ten times only to still not know when the latest check-in is, 9, 10 or 11pm? In the middle of the night the power went off (only in our room it seems), when reporting this in the morning, no apology and they did not even try to fix it! Ah well, what do you expect from a room where even the toilet roll holder is broken and the loo rolls are soaking wet on the bathroom sink. No première class for me anymore.

Tried staying here as it was situated in a convenient location to Calais for a channel crossing. The communication from this hotel is non existent. When you ask about checking in after their reception closes (2200) they just send an automated reply asking what time you will arrive. Their customer service team (I use the term loosely) lack basic customer service training and you can see this demonstrated in the Q&A to their trip advisor page. I cannot believe anyone stays here for more than one night. It is run down, filthy, zero customer service and needs to be shut down down. Unless you have no other option and are really desperate to try and get your head down for a few hours then this is the place for you
