Остановились в оттеле на 1 ночь и были очень довольны всем, несмотря на мелочи, о которых пишут некоторые..... И подушки, и одеяла, и завтрак и душ, все достойно! Рады что повезло сразу и цена приемлемая, что приятно удивило. А больше всего были просто восхищенны стариными вещами, как в музее побывали, просто бальзам на душу! Сразу видно что хозяева оттеля любят свое дело, стараются создать обстановку и персонал очень любезен и вообще, все вписывается в колорит Узбекской культуры, национального достоинства и гостеприимства! Я побывала впервые в Самарканде, была очарованна всем, и оттель очень вписался в мой ритм, позволил согреться, отдохнуть и я всем его рекомендовать буду! Спасибо всем и успехов! Так держать!

Очень любезные ребята на ресепшене, заселили нас раньше положенного и отправили на завтрак после прилета, была приятна такая забота. Номер у нас был на первом этаже, я их называю ground room – ну то есть дверца сразу с улицы в номер. Из-за этого окно низко, плюс еще оно выходит во двор и поэтому в номере темновато. Но на самом деле это очень хорошая гостиница, номера достаточно просторные, есть все необходимое, отличные завтраки, хороший дворик, где можно посидеть, местоположение отличное – через дорогу от площади Регистан. В данной гостинице, кстати, при нас жили много европейцев, думаю это один из показателей того, что она действительно достойная.

Останавливались на одну ночь (два дня). Очень комфортные условия: рабочий кондей/душ/удобная кровать/бассеин во дворе и т.д. Обслуживающий персонал очень приятный по общению и добрый. Очень понравилось, советую))

Жили семьей в новом корпусе, номера отличные, все новенькое красивенькое! Территория отеля тоже классная, можно вечером посидеть на улице поесть арбуз пока дети булькаются в бассейне, он хоть и не большой, но и взрослым тоже можно хорошо поплавать) Завтраки вкусные, мне всё понравилось! Ну и расположение конечно великолепное! Отдельное внимание заслуживает гостеприимство хозяев, а оно просто безграничное)) думала выбрать другой отель, но Бекзод уговорил остаться в Зарине, и не зря, все было просто отлично, все довольные! Бекзод, подсказывал куда лучше съездить, где лучше закупиться и где повкуснее покушать, спасибо вам за всё)

Снова посетил этот уютный в национальном стиле отель, который расположен в шаговой доступности от Регистана. Вежливый персонал готовый решать при необходимости ваши вопросы. Недавно был сделан ремонт некоторых номеров. Все отлично!

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our tour. The hotel is in a quiet backstreet and looks a bit dodgy to walk around but turned out to be fine once you don’t judge by European standards. The people in Uzbekistan are far more civilised. Our room was on the first floor and took a while to find as it’s quite a sprawling layout. The room was large and had 3 beds, a seating area and a desk and was blissfully quiet. The bathroom was very dated though and needed a proper shower cubicle and a toilet that would accept flushing of the paper! Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic and it had a lovely courtyard and seating area. The location was ideal in a lot of ways, maybe 5 minutes walk to the Registan Square so I think I visited it on both days we were here for sunset and sunrise.

I recently stayed at Zarina Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Throughout my stay, the staff was always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's manager, Azamat Ake. He was approachable in my checkout process, ensuring that I felt valued and taken care of. His leadership clearly trickled down to his staff, who demonstrated the same level of professionalism and attentiveness. Overall, I highly recommend Zarina Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the area. The reception, staff, and management team truly exceeded my expectations

A small family run hotel in a quiet street within walking distance to Registan Square and shops and restaurants. The room was clean. They have a small pool in the middle of the yard. Staff at the reception were nice. They offer nice breakfast.

This friendly, family run hotel is down a small back street off the main road the fronts onto the Registan, the most magnificent sight in Samarkand. So you can pop over and see it in 2 minutes at any time of the day or night. The rooms are basic but clean and air conditioner. The beds are pretty hard, that's the only negative I can find. Breakfast was okay and the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. You are a couple of minutes walk from a few eateries and the area on the main road has a bit going on. The back street the hotel is on is very, very quiet.

Stayed here as part of a group tour for 2 nights. The strength of this hotel comes from its location and pretty outside spaces. The hotel is at the bottom of a side street cul de sac one street back from the Registan. This means you can view the iconic historic buildings at all times of the day. The outside spaces of the hotel are really lovely; tree lined courtyard with plentiful ornate seating and a small pool. Reception has refrigerated cool drinks and beer for sale although you are metres from small cheaper mini markets. Our room was upstairs on the back, right hand corner of the hotel. It was a reasonable size with a double bed and good storage. Beds were made and towels provided. The bathroom was quite small. The shower was over the bath and for the first 12 hours we didn't seem yo have more than a trickle of water! By the second night there was sufficient flow to wash my hair! The bathroom back to backs with the room next door so you can hear your neighbours! The breakfast room is downstairs off the courtyard, a delightful quirky room with lots of old tvs decorating it. Breakfast was a buffet affair, depending on what time you arrive might affect whether you get eggs or not! Overall I slept well here and was satisfied with the experience.

GIUDIZIO – camere tutte diverse per dimensione confort, ma comunque decenti e pulite. Silenziose e in puro stile avventure cioè un po’ essenziali. Ottima posizione di fronte al registan e accanto ad un market per la birra e acqua – bel patio interno dove fare due chicchere – colazione abbondante con ottimi dolcini la migliore del viaggio dopo ovviamente quella di khiva! Birra a 4€ un po’ cara – meglio prenderla al negozio accanto a meno di 1 € ---- Voto – 6 ½

This is a simple and nice hotel Samarkand. The location is great and the staff is very nice and helpful. I especially enjoyed the outside seating area. The rooms are simple and clean. For the price it’s a really good deal for budget travelers coming to Samarkand!

Non funzionava il riscaldamento e non ci sono state date coperte in aggiunta. Non c'era acqua calda, ho fatto presente alla reception il problema del riscaldamento non funzionante e l'assenza di acqua calda ma non ha risolto nulla se non mettere una coperta aggiuntiva sul letto. La doccia ha una tendina che non arriva a terra, quindi si allaga subito in poco tempo tutto il bagno che è già piccolo. L'ingresso all'hotel è all'aperto senza mura con gli evidenti problemi climatici. La connessione wifi va a intermittenza. La colazione è basica, di bassa qualità in un locale freddo. La camera era poco spaziosa.

A pochi minuti a piedi dalla Piazza Registan, questo hotel offre camere spaziose, un po' datate ma confortevoli. Kit per l'igiene personale minimo, ma gli asciugamani sono puliti e di buona fattura. I materassi sono comodi ed è silenzioso, ma mancano le tende per non far entrare la luce. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La colazione è da migliorare.
