Very old hotel, but the staff are really nice and the breakfast options are good

Was there 5 days and did not clean room once. Asked why and they responded I guess housekeeping missed or skipped it I don't know why. Very old and not updated, wallpaper peeling off the wall, water damage on baseboards. Breakfast wasn't terrible but no hot food and the only thing they change is the flavor of the waffles each day. Was asked by maintenance to bring out our towels and trash and handed a large bag to put in and then it sat outside our door for over 24 hours. Not worth the price

基本就是個汽車旅館motel不是hotel，房間裏有一個燈是不亮的。停車需要在前台登記，拿一個停車證的紙放在車前窗。其它方面跟一般的酒店差不多了

地點好，但有些老舊，前台服務人員很棒，親切熱情。

Very dated. Lumpy bed and itchy bed sheets. TV remote was taped together and difficult to use. Glad it was only one night.

The room smelled nasty, something mixed with mold. The motel was nothing like the pictures. It needs major updates. The bedding was at least 20 years old. Each bed had 3 pillows not even 4. Never stayed in a motel with such terrible conditions. When asked to change rooms they told nothing was available. If ******* values customer satisfaction, should remove this listing from suggested hotel. We ended up staying elsewhere.

I can’t believe that they charge you for parking it is another way to cheat from customers, and they ask you if you don’t want to pay for parking go outside on the street but there is no parking outside unbelievable !.

The room is dirty and Linens and towels smells like mildew!!!! I was really disappointed when we got there the room was not exactly the same as it looks when on the pictures as the description is way off when we actually got there, I thought it’s nice but its not every thing there was not exactly clean and looks unsanitary! So disappointed!

Pro: Location is close to Sea world and zoo. Staff were nice, easy parking, comfortable bed, microwave, small fridge, and fit 2 adults and 3 children, price was decent for a place to rest. Cons: smelled like cigarettes, one light didn't work, air conditioner didn't stay on.

It was an ok stay . They don’t do housekeeping unless you request. The front desk staff is amazing though they were all kind and hospitable.

Horrible parking and they charge $15 per night Room smelled like mold Toilet clogged twice in our 3 night stay Sheets and towels smelled terrible (wet / old) Gym had no equipment, weight rack and no weights. 4 elliptical, no alcohol or towels to wipe down before or after Our door was jammed, we would have to literally SLAM it shut Our room was facing the Ramada hotel. Sketchy activity going in and out of there all night. Super noisy…. Buses pulling in and out all night. Loud!

Overall for the price it was good time in San Diego. The staff when we checked in gave us the wrong room for what we paid for. They did end up giving us the correct room so make sure you check before you get your keys. The room was overall good as the kids loved the bunk beds and a separate king size bed for the parents was great. No door in between but each room does have its own TV. 1 bathroom is shared between all and goes in next to the king size room. There is a kids size table for the kids along with a small fridge and a microwave. Again for the price it’s a great deal. Keep in mind they don’t have turn down service as we didn’t get one. They will bring you extra towels if you request them. Staff overall was good when asked for things. I would recommend to stay as there is plenty to do around the hotel and close to the San Diego Zoo and only 20 minutes from Sesame Place!

I excepted more from this place although i kinda got disappointed. like that they were able to accommodate for my son disability and booked us in a downstairs room. Although they overly charge for parking and a deposit and the place could look better. Although if you just need a place to rest this will do.
