banging ! best hotel ever i will go again and again and again !!!!

I really enjoyed this hotel the service was great and the facilities were much more than I expected given the great price economy!

Good hotel, reasonably priced and clean facilities

Perfect for a girls holiday!! This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Puchet and I could not fault it!! Me and my friend arrived early on the Monday and our room was all ready for for us to check in! Our rooms was clean and tidy and Staff are friendly and helpful too. There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone and a poolside bar where you can grab some lunch/drinks! 3 supermarkets right next to the hotel which is great! Right next to obeach and a short walk away from the main part of San Antoni. Definitely worth staying in San Antoni where it’s all walking distance for all the day events as either way you need to get a taxi to all the night time events!

Room was horrendously dirty and covered in mould. Mould on the lamps, bathroom tiles, next to the air con and on the walls and ceiling. The shower gel provided by the hotel had the most disgusting smell I have ever smelt ever, can only imagine it was mouldy too. We waited an hour and a half food food, I’ve never waited so long for a panini before. Pool is dirty that when your in it random objects float past you. Lifeguard around the pool is very aggressive about bed moving. There were 7 girls with only 3 beds and we needed more. When we went to get more from around the pool that were not in use he shouted at us to not move and put them back so we all had to all cram on 3 not able to relax properly. We stayed on a ground floor room and the view from our balcony was filthy, random dirty clothes, rubbish and a load of dirty make up wipes scattered all over which all stayed there for the duration for our stay. You couldn’t go bare foot in the room or else your feet would be covered in dirt straight away. Safe and fridge didn’t work. Very disappointed as we didn’t pay cheep for this hotel. Only good things about this hotel is that the cocktails are nice and the reception staff are helpful with ordering you a taxi.

Wouldn’t advise staying here! Cons -air con doesn’t work and had mould growing on it -mould on the ceiling, bathroom tiles, lamps and ceiling lamp -horrendous spell coming from the hotel shower gel that is provided in the room. I have never smelt anything that bad in my whole entire life. I ran out of shower gel that I brought with me and was gobsmacked when I spelt the one they provide. -food wait takes a while when ordering around the pool. I waited over an hour for a panini. -safe and mini fridge don’t work. -my friend who was booked onto the same booking as me, got told that she didn’t have a room and the staff didn’t reassure them that this was going to all be okay. Eventually when they did get a room, the key didn’t work. -the pool in the hotel smells like wee and I don’t think that it’s cleaned regularly.

Staff on reception and at breakfast in the morning were fantastic! There was an excellent selection of breakfast options served between 8 and 10am. It would be nice to have breakfast option a little bit earlier in the morning as we wanted to get up and go, but otherwise we were really happy. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, but a busy road outside our room, nothing that ear plugs can't block out though.

Brilliant hotel! We arrived much earlier than our check in time and expected to leave our luggage and come back to check in but our room was available straight away. Reception staff were so helpful, bar staff were great but want to give a special shout out to the life guard, he was super friendly and really helpful to everyone sat round the pool, and always cheerful! Room was really modern and comfortable, we asked to move room on arrival to overlook the pool instead of the road and they switched us straight away. A short walk to the beach but away enough that it was quiet at night. Really enjoyed our stay!!!

Let me start by saying, the air conditioning was none existent, it was like a steam/sauna session in the bedroom, me and my friend complained about it to the reception every single day & they gave us the same excuse that we are fixing it, the next day comes and it’s still the same, we complain they say it should be sorted by tonight the next day comes and it’s the same situation, like come on it’s a hot country you need good air conditioning if I wanted a sauna il just go and sleep in the dessert, and I don’t want to hear oh go and relax by the pool area to be chilled, because I didn’t pay to go and sleep by the pool or get ready for a night by the pool, come on guys it’s 2023 going into 2024 don’t be stingy and get better air con, also there is another problem the gym was disgraceful, where is the health & safety all the weights broken metal pieces dropping everywhere cable wires all over the place, it looks amazing on your pictures but horrific when inside, this hotel is actually a nice hotel just needs to sort out the basics, it’s that simple it’s the basics that needs sorting, thank you I hope they fix these things and let me know when they do so I can back as for now I wouldn’t come back even if it was £100 for a 7 night stay, SPEND THE MONEY ON AIR CON AND GYM EQUIPMENT.
