I have traveled to over 50 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels, some of them very modest and humble, but I have to say this one was one of the worst experiences ever. If not the worst. Where do I even begin.. We were a group of 7 people with kids and had requested well beforehand that our rooms would be as close to each other as possible. Upon check in we learned that our rooms were on the opposite sides of the big hotel. They told us there was nothing they could do that day but told us to ask again the next day. Trying to unpack as little as possible we waited and asked again the next day - nothing they can do, but will contact us if things change. We never heard from the matter again. I get that requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability but it's hard to imagine that all the other guests had asked for specific rooms months in advance. Well, the rooms then. Ours had an extrabed which was absolutely horrible, not to mention the blob resembling a pillow. We had to tuck stuff under the mattress on the side keeping a person from rolling over to the floor. The showerhead was impossible to put to the holder and free your hands, because the water always turned facing the opening to the bathroom so the whole floor flooded. Our both rooms had this same problem. We stayed in a garden view room, which had a patio/balcony with no privacy whatsover. People walking past the room literally centimeters away. If I knew this beforehand I would have chosen the cheaper basic room with an ordinary balcony. The first 4 days after the cleaning we had to ask for right amount of towels. We were 3 people and sometimes only got 1 fresh towel even though the old ones were taken away. One day we called the reception asking for the 2 missing towels and they replied with "we'll send someone over right away." Knowing how things (don't) work over there I even repeated the request to a cleaning lady I saw going by. After three hours(!) no towels and we had to call the reception again. Then it only took 20 mins to arrive. These are all minor issues though compared to the attitude and service of the staff. Never have I ever encountered such rude, unpolite, unfriendly staff members anywhere in the world than those who work in this hotel (a couple of receptionist and our cleaning lady were the only exceptions). The breakfast was a disaster. Every morning, no matter what time you went, either spoons, cups, glasses, plates or all of these were out. When people tried to ask a staff member for them they just gave an icy glance and walked away. There might of course be a language barrior, but a smile and at least trying to hear the customer out would go a long way! And the changing of the pool towels then; there are time slots when the towel exchange is open and the other slot is supposed to open at 16.30. First time I went to return the towels there were people standing in line (as there were every day) and the guy in charge of the task was standing t
