Santorini Princess Presidential Suites

Panos and his team made our vacation fabulous. Their exceptional service and kindness rare to find in 7 stars hotel. Also, we spent one night in their sister hotel called Santorini princess spa hotel and the team their was also exceptional. We thank both of them for making our vacation unforgettable.

I recently stayed with three friends at the Santorini Princess Villa, which boasted breathtaking views of the Santorini Islands. The villa offered a private pool, hot tub, and ample space for relaxation. Additionally, there were two decks, a cozy living room, and a gym (although, with the stunning hikes on the main island, one may not need it!). Panos and Sofia, the hotel and hospitality managers, were incredibly attentive and fulfilled all of our needs, including making reservations for restaurants, arranging taxi rides, and car rentals. They were always available to answer our many questions and provided helpful information. The breakfast served on our private patio was delicious, and the staff was happy to accommodate any requests we had. We collectively have never had such an exquisite experience!

We were offered the upgrade to the villas and were very happy with our experience. The actual villas themselves were incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was great. There are plenty of local options to eat as well, which we walked to with no issue, though there are no sidewalks, so you will be walking on the side of a main road. There are also two supermarkets within walking distance, as well as some very nice vineyards. With that said, I have seen in some of the other reviews that you are far away from Oia and Fira. This is true. Same with the price of the taxis. However, since we were there for our honeymoon, we really enjoyed being out of the craziness of the two main hubs and having our own space to relax. When we wanted to see the other parts of the island, we rented a car from directly across the street at a fair price (far less than the price of the taxis). If you plan to stay here, I recommend you do the same. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience as a honeymooning couple. If you are looking to be in the mix of the major towns, maybe this isn't the place for you.

First of all i just want to say do NOT get upgrade to the villa if you Booked the hotel and they offered you the villa. It’s an a beautiful villa, stunning and cozy, super clean, amazing views and beyond good food. The staffs are incredible and nice and helpful BUT … if you booked the hotel in the heart of santorini, between Oia and Fira and they upgraded you to this location then you have been scammed. You are way faraway from everything. Each time that you want to go anywhere ( to the town Oia or Fira or the beach) you have to call for taxi and it’s about 30 Euros each round. We have been offered free transportations but Not true. I think we spent about 500 Euros for 3 days just to go to the city.but if you are in a large group and you’re looking for a quiet and private and cozy place then I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful villa with the most amazing view and sunsets. Three bedrooms, a gym and living room plus the most amazing outdoors with a nice pool, many sunchairs and seating opportunities. The villa is nice, well taken care of and the whole Team is very caring, friendly, helpful and solution oriented at any time. The freshly and beautifully prepared breakfast which is served in the villa is excellent, with everything one needs and is one of the highlights of this place! We will come back for another family vacation!

My girlfriend and I were upgraded to the private villas in Akrotiri for the final two nights of our holiday, which made a wonderful holiday even more special. The villa is impeccably furnished, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool, hot tub and a private gym. All meals could be served within the villa or in the shared area, with a wide variety of food options at breakfast and a la carte for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, with an incredible chef. The views from the villa overlooked the caldera - providing a stunning backdrop to our stay. What made the experience unforgettable was how incredibly helpful the hotel staff were in organising my proposal to my girlfriend, providing suggestions and recommendations and going above and beyond in their help - thank you to the team for everything. It felt as though they genuinely shared in our happiness. A special thank you from us to Rania, Evangelina, Konstantina, Giwta and Paul. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again. We stayed here for a few days last month and were blown away by the premium service we received by All the staff, led by Panos and Konstantinos. The villas were well equipped with stunning views and the team went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, making us feel very welcome and very well looked after. I would highly recommend it! The villa location is Picturesque and serene. The amenities were kept clean; and the staffers were very courteous and helpful . Panos and Konstantina were exceptional. I’m looking forward to visiting again!

We had a girls trip to Santorini and stayed at the villa, all 14 of us. From the moment we stepped off our bus, we were made to feel welcomed and that stayed till we left. The entire staff were accommodating and open to our various requests and suggestions. Everything we required was available and if not, alternative options were provided. I would stay there a million times again. The scenery and the view from the back of our villa was amazinggggg, we took loads of memorable pictures.
