Хорошее расположение, удобно для шопинга и транспорта. Автобус-шаттл до аэропорта останавливается прямо перед отелем. Очень близко к центральному вокзалу JR, рынку морепродуктов, башне времени и знаменитым торговым улицам. Неудивительно, что номер в японском отеле маленький. Однако он чистый (за исключением части ковров) и тихий. Стоит рекомендовать.

Номер чистый и удобный. Однако, я думаю, что некоторые продукты на завтрак могут содержать MSG, я очень хотел пить после завтрака.

Отель имеет величественный вид старых западных украшений. Завтрак мог бы быть лучше с точки зрения его цены.

Hotel is huge! However, it’s not exactly an easy to walk to with luggage in the snow location, it’s literally in between to stations, so it’s always a battle which one to walk to. Hotel has a nice onsen, with several indoor pools, and a tiny outdoor one with no views. It’s a shame that the onsen operating time ends super early And only opens 12-10pm and 7-9am, very disappointing. Rooms were spacious and tall beds so you can store more luggage underneath but there’s only heater mode during winter and you will have to get the staffs to help unlock the window because it is too warm in the room.

Very nice ambience. Have to give a thumbs up 👍🏻 for the house keeping quality of cleanliness, room got cleaned up every day. Room is so comfy except for the heater which we can’t control ourselves, room gets warmer even is winter time don’t know why, maybe because of the window can’t be open? And we can’t turn on the air conditioning as well.

Good location. A few minutes walk from the station. Room was clean and modern. The last entry for spa is a but too early (10pm). For travellers who loves to go out at night you might miss it. The spa was a bit small too. The breakfast was exceptional. I strongly recommend everyone trying. You get variety of food. The coffee was like the best latte I’ve ever had from a machine

A beautiful hotel with a spacious room. We stayed at the South wing and the room was clean, modern and big for Japanese standards. The shower area and toilet are not separated though. The onsen was big.The closest metro station is the Odori Station. If you are feeling cold, you could use Sapporo Sosei Square (beside the hotel) to connect to the metro station.

The hotel is located between Sapporo Station and Odori Station, very convenient for taking the railway. The hotel offers hot springs and free Sapporo beer at 7:30 p.m. The room is well-equipped and has a great view, with a beautiful night view of Sapporo. The Christmas decorations in the hotel are beautiful and the staff are very polite. The only downside is that the towels were dirty one day and the bed sheets were not changed. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I visit Sapporo.

Love this mid size hotel, easily beats many of the international luxuries brands.... mind you this is not a young hotel, yet everything is well kept and for asian who likes harder beds this is one of the BEST mattress i have slept on. Not to mention the bed linens is of extreme high quality that make the likes of Park Haytt and Conrad feel like cheaps rags.

Excellent! Love the hotel and conveniently located. Took the airport bus and stop is right infront of the hotel and few minutes walk to Sapporo station too making it accesible to any parts of the city. Amenities is well provided too. Spa and Onsen is located at the top floor and free access for hotel guests. Definitely my choice to stay in Sapporo!

Hotel room is clean and spacious, convenient for both self drive tourist and those using public transportation. Car park access is easy and also within short walking distance to TV tower and the city centre for food hunting. Breakfast is great too with sashimi served along with other varieties, especially impressed by the Hokkaido ice cream served which is a cool round up with coffee to start the day. Great value for money, highly recommended!

The staff was so helpful and patient to help me call my next hotels in Jozenki & Toya Lake to confirm the booking of shuttle bus service and searching express train schedule for me. He was so friendly and professional ( forgot to ask this young man’s name). Highly recommended and will book the same hotel next time in Sapporo❤️
