ปกติจะไม่ค่อย review hotel แต่ที่นี่คือ ต้องreview คือ รร ดีมาก สะอาดสุดๆ อาหารเช้าดีเยี่นม มี สระว่ายนำ้ ซาวน์หย้า สตรีม วิวรอบๆ ก้อน่ารัก อยู่ท่ามกลางชุมชนเล็กๆ ที่สำคัญ มี supermarket ขนาดใหญ่ที่เดินเพียง 170 ม คือ สะดวกสุดๆ ที่ตอดรถ ก้อปลอดภัย แยู่ชั้นใค้ดอน และมากเพียวพอกับ ลูกค้า พนักงานดูแลดีทุกคน จอแนะนำใครมา ที่ เมืแง Ortisei แนะนำ รร linder cycling hotel ค่ะ อาจจะต้องขับเลบเข้ามาสัก 10-15 นาที แต่ถือ ว่า คุ้มค่ามากค่ะ ตอนมา เรามาอีกทาง เกือบถอดใจ เพราะไกล และ เส้นทางเลฌก มาจาก lake caressa แค่พอมาถึงคือ คุ้มค่า เพราะระหว่างทาง สวยจนไม่มีที่ติ

Family run Boutique Hotel with 40 rooms. The infinity pool, sauna and relex room are in the topfloor with a nice view over Wolkenstein, Selva and the signature mountain Langkofel. Outstanding Breakfast is included, for the evening you can choose between a very nice Steakhouse, fine dining and an Bistro. After dinner, a nice bar with all international drinks welcomes you. The style of the whole hotel is a masterpiece. it's is nice to have a garage in winter for the car. Electric charging station is offered.

I think this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long time. Excellent service throughout, and impeccably clean. We were there for skiing. The luggage storage and a changing room with a shower meant first and last day skiing, when there wasn't access to our hotel room was comfortable made good use of time there and was less smelly on the way home! Breakfast was lovely, amazing continental choice and healthy options. Made to order scrambled eggs, omelette, porridge etc were delicious. Location was 5min walk to the lifts which was great and not strenuous. They had a good boot room with locked heated stores for dry warm boots in the morning. All controlled by room key which was convenient. The hotel itself had an amazing spa, steam and sauna are clothing free, which for a brit abroad took some getting used to - oh and...the glass in the sauna is two way in the evenings so people in the opposing building can see i . That said you could sit with a towel round you and some people chose to ignore the sign altogether. There was an excellent pool and relaxation room (must be clothed). With beds to doze on and balconies for a splash of snow to cool with. Some snacks and drinks all there free as well. Reception provided good flip flops on request. Rooms were lovely with bug shower. You can opt not to have your room serviced in exchange for a drink at the bar. Can also ask for larger dressing gowns and extra pillows. Good balcony with amazing views. All in all an amazing find and wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Apart from our initial interaction with the member of staff on reception, we would wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this hotel. The staff on reception really could have been more welcoming, but the staff in other areas of the hotel were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Everywhere was spotless. Our room (201) with sauna and large balcony was spacious, very well equipped, with a huge bathroom and brilliant shower, and we could not fault anything. The bar and restaurant areas were beautiful and it was a real pleasure having breakfast in the fully glazed restaurant, with views out to the terraces and beyond. Staff, especially Sam and Daniel, were attentive and exemplary with the service. Food was amazing and wines delightful. The lounge area could have been better equipped with comfortable settees, but the swimming pool, relaxation room and sauna on the top floor of the hotel were stunning and hugely recommended, as well as the sun terrace on the roof, with 360 views of the beautiful valley. Parking was limited outside, and the underground car park proved a challenge for our low sports car. However, the staff immediately responded to our request to park at the side of the hotel, so this wasn't a problem. There are numerous excellent coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, as well as shops, the best Spar we have ever visited and the cable car up to amazing views, walks/hikes etc, a three minute walk away. Fabulous hotel, awesome amenities, brilliant location for touring nearby passes and amazing value for money. Why this is only a 3*hotel we cannot understand. It should easily be a 4* if not a 5* and have no hesitation in recommending it unreservedly. Probably not for children, but young and old people alike will, we're certain, enjoy their stay here. Wonderful!!

Very nice hotel, facility is new, personal are friendly, there is a parking basement with many parking lots. You also get bus ticket upon check in, that makes it super convenient to travel to Otisei. The breakfast is VERY good, many choices, omelet and scrambled egg are made on order. Only comment is the family room on 4th floor, the kids seem with a lot of energy, run around until very late. Could be nice the family room at lower floor. All in all, very good stay, will definitely come back.

Modern and clean hotel with parking. Would stay again in the future. Only thing missing was a hot tub. We visited in February 2025. The customer service at breakfast was non existent. Ski rental inside the hotel is easy, but would consider renting from Intersport on the next trip.

We really liked this hotel! Is everything very reasonable? Beautiful swimming pool, ski room, everything is wonderful. The elevator is close.Parking for the car, courteous staff, good breakfasts, comfortable beds.Жаль, что в день отъезда отель не разрешает использовать бассейн после чек аут.

This hotel is NOT ski in/ ski out. It is a 200m walk to the nearest gondola / slope. But it is beautifully decorated to a very high standard and kept immaculately clean. The hotel staff are all excellent and offer fantastic service. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Spa was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Swimwear is not allowed in the sauna and steam room (which turned us off initially) but we just waited for them to be empty so we could wear our swimwear in them. We ate at the steak restaurant one night. Food was good but we didn’t like the fact that some steaks were only sold in sharing sizes (e.g 1kilo, 750g) which meant everyone had to have the same steak cooked the same way. Wouldn’t stop me going again, but would be good to know how it works at time of booking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Superb overall amenities (including ski room, very handy access), room and spa. Excellent breakfast, suberb dinner (steakhouse) & wine list. Very friendly staff. Good location. Very high quality overall. Would recommend highly!
