Villa Real Club Apartments

WARNING stay away at weekends - an outside party was organised for saturday where booming music was blasting out - so loud we and other paying guests had to leave pool - shame there was no consideration for paying guests !! And childrens party was organised for the sunday - spanish children are very loud!! During the week pool area was lovely and quiet with nice pool bar. Apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location 3 mins walk from beach and restaurants. Would recommend bar bagari - good reasonable food . Pool towels were provided on request. Staff were lovely and friendly - would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the loud pool party

Our holiday at Villa Real was just what we needed. Very relaxing & comfortable. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide an apartment suiting our wheelchair user son. The food in restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced. All staff friendly and communicated well. We will return, hopefully soon.

Nice property, clean but services was lacking and sometime inappropriate. Actively leaking fridge in the room and we were only offered to get our food stored somewhere else. No refund offered, they refused to get us another room. No compensation whatsoever. When asking a nice restaurant recommandation, staff (in their mid 20’s probably) sent us to a resto bar for very young people even if we are in our 50’s….Inappropriate as they should know how to target their suggestions according to their client’s age. Anyway, nice property. So so service

Just perfect. Staff work so hard to make sure you have a great stay, the food is great and the facilities are clean and modern. If you prefer a blissful boutique experience to an 'elbows at dawn 400 room bunfight at breakfast' tui Holiday, then Villa Real is the place to be in Camp de Mar. Muchas gracias, Villa Real. The rooms and the amenities were modern, and the staff was excellent; they were very friendly and accommodating. The location could not have been better. 1 bus away from Palma and the airport. Airport buses run as early as 4:45am. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel and staff are good value if only it wasn’t so loud, I was at the front of the hotel and a party below went on all night, even with ear plugs it was unbearable, it totally ruined my holiday, I thought because it was a monday there may be some let up, but no, luckily I had a room by myself as I was on a cycling holiday with friends, if i was with my family it would of ruined the whole holiday

Villa Real are in the process of upgrading and have greatly improved since my first time there.The staff are excellent !!!

Recently stayed here for the 3rd time in the last 5 years. Recently refurbished to a lovely standard, with some finishing touches still to be made. Lovely room for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) with balcony to a sea view, lovely modern rain shower, kitchenette with fridge, hob and microwave. Comfortable beds, nice dining table, access to a TV (which we didn’t use) and a must in July, AIR CONDITIONING! Helen and the staff were lovely and helpful as usual, very accommodating with a fairly relaxed attitude. Nice pool area with a very warm, clean swimming pool and nice sun beds, parasols with a view k we the mountain backdrop. New restaurant and menu is lovely too. Some very minor recommendations to improve even more would be: 1) Cheaper/simpler pool bar snack menu 2) More mirrors required in room (one above dressing table and a full length one would be useful) 3) More wardrobes and/or chest of drawers for clothes in rooms that sleep 4 4) More shelving or a cabinet in shower room for toiletries 5) Washing airier/clothes horse for wet towels and swimwear on balcony (towels don’t look great hanging over balconies). We hope to come back next July - we love it at the Villa Real and the recent refurbishments have made it feel even more modern and comfortable. Thanks you Helen, Gabrielle and Team!

Have been using this hotel for lunch time drinks and snacks for many years, also of an evening for a relaxing “wind down drink”. Since visiting three times now during this stay, I am very sorry to say I will be going elsewhere. I think since lock down and the refurb(which looks fantastic) the owners have taken their eye off the ball. Good luck for the future.
