We stayed here for 2Nights and 3Days. The Ambience was very pleasant to stay . As we expected it was very clean and then the service were very good , The food they provided was very Tasty and good . Here nylon dress is mandatory for swimming, so we coludn't experience that. vessels are avaliable for cooking , if we take grocery items we can cook and eat. Swiggy & zomato orders also allowed. Overall we loved this Hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights wit family. Exterior all clean & nice. Rooms good but the apartment floor is so sticky & oily. Don’t feel like walking barefoot. The balcony was so dirty. U def need to wear slippers! Swimming area was clean. But it’s far for shopping like in T.nagar & airport. Need to travel which I hate.

飯店整體感覺不錯，是個大型的飯店，房間內有小廚房，有電池爐，有微波爐，適合烹煮，但房間洗手台水很小，排水孔阻塞，房間沒有吹風機，叫了兩次才送過來，地毯有味道不好聞。

The cleanliness of the hotel is superb. Amenities and other facilities are also good. Besides staff behaviour is also very good. But during hotel check in you have to go to your room by carrying all your staff. There were no staff there to guide you to your room.

Very happy about hotel stay last week we enjoyed the trip and excellent amenities . Gym trainer Muttu has given excellent hospitality . Over all good hotel . This is very near to all it companies and shopping malls . Need improvement in restaurants service as it took much time when order food

Very good room cleaning services provided here. I stayed here for two weeks and everyday room cleaning services was provided. I'm very happy with all the services. Govinda was my room clean service provider. He is very polite and helpful.thanks

I had a great experience at Hotel Citadines. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was excellent, with a good variety and great taste. The staff was professional and courteous, making the stay even more pleasant. A special mention to Libion from the gym, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about workouts. His guidance and support made my gym sessions much more effective. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, delicious food, and excellent facilities. Highly recommended!
