Kleinplasie Guesthouse

Very pleasant stay. Warm welcome with room being very neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend this venue to others seeking accommodation in Springbok. Had supper at the nearby Tauren Restuarant which was also good value for money.

The facilities were very clean, neat and of a good quality and standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kleinplasie. The rooms were neat and tidy and it contained all the facilities that one would need. Everything was in working order and they accommodated the load shedding as well.

We stayed in a king room and extended for another night, because we were so comfortable (and the flowers were spectacular at Goegap). Very comfortable beds, great shower, basic kitchen equipment (no hob, but there is a public kitchen, which one can use), spacious. Very friendly owners. Will definitely stay there again when in the area and would highly recommend. Generator backup during load shedding is also great.

Very nice, super friendly staff. There is a good selection of wines and beer to purchase as well as a nice selection of braai packs to buy. Naturally braai wood to buy and a free lighter and box of matches to boot.

We had a long road to get there, but was welcomed by our hosts and settled into our awesome accommodation easily. Our hosts ensured that we needed everything that we needed....even lekker braaibroodjies

We stayed one night. We arrived late, but Kleinplasie contacted us beforehand regarding our time of arrival and made the necessary arrangements. We had no trouble checking in and finding our room. Friendly service, clean, neat and comfortable with everything that's needed, without any clutter. Safe parking. Perfectly situated between the Cape and Namibia. Will definitely come again.

On our way back from a 2 month camping trip, we decided to opt for self catering as the temperature was going to be rather cold! What a pleasant surprise this was! The guesthouse comprises outside cottages, each with it's own stoep and braai place. The unit was scrupulously clean, the bed absolutely massive and extremely comfortable and the bathroom had an excellent shower. There is the possibility to purchase firewood, bread and other commodities and they did offer a breakfast box which we declined. The only slightly odd thing was that the unit, although self catering, had no oven or hob at all so the option was either to braai or to microwave. Not a huge problem but good to be aware of . I would highly recommend Kleinplasie - it was a pleasure to stay there and I would definitely stay there again.
