Above Somerset West, near the Helderberg, our house, located at the top of a cul-de-sac, offers ample space for rest and relaxation in addition to a wonderful view of False Bay and the surrounding mountains. The large, secluded property impresses with its old trees. In front of the house there is a garage and, in addition to other parking facilities, two covered parking spaces.The lodge can accommodate up to eight people in four air-conditioned and heated bedrooms.Furthermore, our guests have a household room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.The equipment includes:- 1 large bedroom with adjoining shower room on the upper floor- 1 bedroom (1.20 x 2.00) bed with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor- 1 bedroom, two single beds, on the ground floor- 1 bedroom, a double bed, on the ground floor- 1 tub and a shower room on the ground floorThe rental price includes weekly cleaning and weekly fresh bed linen.The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, two fridge-freezer combinations, coffee and espresso machines and much more.
