My first trip to Chicago was perfectly great thanks to LondonHouse. Especially the view from my assigned room was so amazing that I didn't need another rooftop cafe.

Проблема была в том, что это был номер меньшего размера. Мы пережили это, но, как и во всех отелях, в которых мы останавливались в этом городе (а их десятки, так как мы всего в двух часах езды и любим останавливаться в разных местах), в этот, к сожалению, мы больше не вернемся.

I had a pleasant stay at Staypineapple. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of town. It was walking distance to major tourist attractions and 2 train stations. Checking in and out was easy and smooth. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the welcome drink and afternoon cookies and coffee. Highly recommended! 

We booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

Be careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. I was in this hotel for a conference so my need is quite minimal. Generally speaking the hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible. The room itself is fairly simple , I think for this price though the service should be a little better. My room has couple of occasion that the tea and coffee wasn’t top up after cleaning and soap as well. The bathtub is a bit stained but it is cleaned. Wifi - there were multiple times that it was a bit slow . If I have to rank based on the price as well I would say above average

Rooms are outdated but very spacious to other cities. I appreciate the Hilton Honour team being readily accessible by text which made things very convenient. I would recommend this place to my friends visiting Chicago.

Однако черная старушка, которая работает на стойке регистрации, действительно злая и грубая, она пыталась запугать меня, когда я регистрировался. Ее отношение к обслуживанию такое, как будто она гостья, а я персонал, и я тоже должен ей денег. После регистрации мое настроение очень плохое, поэтому я не могу понять, почему я плачу почти 400 долларов за ночь, приезжая сюда, чтобы получить такое обращение. Если вы приедете посмотреть Чикаго, я не буду рекомендовать этот отель, или если вам понравился отель, но не приходите заселяться около 11:00-13:00 в субботу!

Good location! Very convenient to start the tour in the city. The curtains at the bed for privacy can be bigger. Safety wise, just try not to roam around after dark.
