Featuring large bedrooms with large closets. There is a washer & dryer in the main floor bedroom closet along with provided detergent and dryer sheets. There is a 8th bed (Queen Air Mattress) in the upstairs bedroom closet. There is an ironing board and booster seat for children in the closet as well.Guest accessGuests have access to the entire living space minus a few attic access doors and the door in the upstairs bathroom leading to the rooftop (in the future we hope to modify that space to be available to guests). Access to the garage & shed is not available to guests.Other things to notePets are allowed! All we ask is that you share the breed of the dog with us after booking your reservation. Also select the amount of pets staying with you when making the reservation. We ask that the pet stay off the furniture and bedding at all times. If your pet uses the bathroom outside please pick-up after it. Coffee is provided in the kitchen cabinets. Pots and pans are also provided should you decide to cook your own meals. Wood for fires will have to be purchased by you at the local gas station or grocery store. If propane for the grill runs out you will be responsible for swapping it out with a replacement from the local gas station. Stocked kitchen with everything you'll need for a big family meals, and 2 dining areas that each seat up to 10 each. Step out the front door to the channel boardwalk and walk, run, or bike to the beach, light house, 2 live music restaurants, or submarine museum. We've provide adult and kid bikes, as well as beach chairs for your use. Pere Marquette Beach is like the Caribbean durning summer months. If you bring a boat, there's a launch at the marina all within walking distance of the house called Harbor Towne. If you have a larger boat, Harbor Towne has transient slips to rent.
