Gorgeous boutique hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The heir of the estate actually greets guests and ensures they have a pleasant stay. We only got to stay for one night, but they upgraded our room and allowed us to enjoy the pool as we arrived early and they needed time to get the room ready. It is worth the price.

I stayed in Residence Inn Merida for a month in January 2024. I liked the location and services. It’s very close to the Galleria Mall, Costco and a large grocery store. You can take bus R72 to Central Merida which is very convenient if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive.The room is clean and equipped with full kitchen. The breakfast is included. The front desk staffs are also helpful. They helped us to arrange two private day trips to Maya sites and cenotes. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality and add more choices to the breakfast. Not many varieties of breakfast. The refrigerator is a little bit noisy at night.

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.

Ужасное обслуживание! Сначала нас поселили в номер, который при заселении показался нормальным, но потом мы увидели одежду и обувь других людей. Мы вернулись на ресепшн. Сотрудница сказала, что ее коллега допустила ошибку и отдала наш номер другому человеку, не внеся никаких изменений в систему. Она дала нам другой номер, который ужасно вонял! Я попросила поменять номер или вернуть деньги. Она сказала, что это единственный оставшийся номер, и она знает, что он воняет, и ей жаль, но она ничего не может сделать. Она может только переселить нас в другой номер на следующий день. Она также отказалась компенсировать ущерб. Была полночь. У нас не было местной SIM-карты, поэтому у нас не было выбора, кроме как остаться. Ночью было много шума от бойлера/оборудования, поэтому мы не могли спать. Это испортило наш отдых. На следующий день нас переселили в другой номер, но отказались компенсировать ущерб. Нам пришлось страдать за свой счет! Расположение хорошее, и номер после переселения был в порядке. Но они заставили нас страдать из-за своей ошибки, но отказались компенсировать ущерб! Позор для отеля так себя вести! Поэтому, если вы не хотите неприятных сюрпризов или испорченного отдыха, постарайтесь избегать этого отеля!

Perfect location. Close to main square where most of the agencies are doing pick up in the morning for Chichen Itza, Los Coloradas and other excursions. There's an OXXO right across the street. Everything is available on foot. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. Great water pressure in the shower and big bathroom. The only downside, if that matters to you, is that you can hear everything from the street. But it quiets down around 11PM. As the big plus side, the staff was fantastic and helpful! Would definitely book again.

The pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.
