Silver Cloud Hotel Tacoma Waterfront

Friendly staff, the lobby and amenities were clean, the room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The jacuzzi tub worked fantastic and the bed was comfortable. The automatic blinds were a little wonky but worked nonetheless. 10/10 experience. My husband and I will definitely be returning for a relaxing staycation!

Got hot tube room for wifes birthday. Hot tube was very unclean and could not use. Informed staff next with pictures of some of the dirt we fished out of water several times. Was told management would take care of it and did not. Would not recommend

Delighted, delighted, delighted with our stay here. Front desk was friendly and professional, the guest room and common areas "spotless", furnishings updated and decor appealing!. Our view was of the cargo ships entering and leaving the Tacoma Port. There is a wonderful waterside walk going both north and south with numereous walkouts to historical landmarks and easy walks to a few waterview restaurants. Breakfast had numereous selections and eating area very pleasant with waterviews from every table. There are 3 cons that absolutely did not affect us but may others: No pool, the frontage road is fairly busy with Ruston Point Traffic, and a train crossing alarm close by-which in our guest room was very muted-personally I am comforted with the sound of transported goods moving across the US!

Fantastic waterfront hotel with cool vibe! Certainly will return soon for more adventures hiking and biking in the area. Hotel is just a short 20 minutes from SeaTac. There is also a glass museum and great food in the area. For us it was a great find and the staff was excellent.

Thos Hotel over looks Commencement Bay of Puget Sound. It's a beautiful and clean. Great staff and a comfortable bed. The jetted tub was amazing for relaxing after walking along the water front. Close to some great restaurants. Definitely going back.

I stayed here in a Premier Waterview Suite the night of February 8. The room and the view were amazing, and the room was well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had a plentiful, appetizing mixture of hot and cold options. I would recommend! A few minor things detracted from the stay. If you have a large car, forget about trying to park in the undercover parking spaces; the concrete pillars make parking a real challenge. The tissue and toilet paper were single ply, unbecoming of a venue of this caliber. And the "fireplace" was a TV/heater trying to resemble a fireplace, really tacky.
