The location is right next to the station. The scent inside the hotel is very pleasant, and everything is great.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Cham Cham in Taitung! The hotel is stunningly beautiful, impeccably clean, and everything feels so new and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location right next to the train station, which makes travel super easy. However, it’s worth noting that it’s a bit far from Taitung City, so you may need some extra time for city visits. Overall, this hotel is perfect for those looking for a modern and serene stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Great service and definitely to revisit the place again. Feels like home.

Comfortable and location is great

Great location just came out Taitung railway station walk 3min to reach the hotel. Breakfast is great and also provides supper for weekday nights. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel also provides laundry service that is good for hot weather that can have clean clothes. The staff are very polite. Taking the bus to the city is convenient. Will come back again for the next trip.

I think this is the best hotel in Taiwan. Have stayed before, will stay again.

Couldn’t really ask for more. Directly opposite the train station, surrounded by car and motorbike shops. Very convenient! Breakfast was disappointing, that’s my only compliant. Everything else was top notch.

此酒店離台東火車站很近 非常方便至各景點旅遊、酒店前面有Ubike可租借、很適合想去台東森林公園走走的旅客騎行、酒店服務人員很親切，房間打掃也很乾凈、值得推薦的好酒店。

離台東車站走路3分鐘 房間乾淨，寬敞 訂兩人房但有兩張雙人床 服務人員親切 週日晚上還有一小時的零食泡麵飲料自助吧 很讚 下次想住其他分店

這次入住很滿意，房間的內裝和乾淨度是我最滿意的，下次去台東還會選擇再入住

服務很好，環境清幽，裝潢很不錯，一樓lobby調高設計，及房間內空間設計周全，淋浴間大理石地板設計，很是不錯☺️ 剛好遇過年期間，活動有趣、家庭大小都玩得開心～

就在火車站旁，旁邊有很多租車公司，就算沒有開車來也很方便 房間很大、水壓充足 房間有兩個洗手台，不用跟上廁所的人搶著用，夠貼心 早餐菜色不錯，吃的很飽還送兩杯星巴克，超讚的👍 

房間內椅子只有一張，太少。希望可增加各個拉門方向指示指引。床很好睡，服務人員親切，可再多介紹飯店內設施環境。生日無驚喜，不知是app訂房問題？

這是一間還不錯的旅館，唯獨就是離市區有點距離，要自己有交通工具，如果是搭火車，會非常方便，走路三分鐘即可
