Hotel le Cottage Bise

We stayed for 4 nights over Bastille Day - the whole town came out for fireworks. Our junior suite, 701, had a partial lake/mountain view with a charming balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast some mornings. This charming "auberge" is overlooking the waterfront and has a pool which was never overcrowded during our stay. Everything is within walking distance in the small, charming town. Rather than drive to Annecy town, I recommend taking the Navibus (water taxi) as the parking was insane. Had a amazing dinner at 1903 across the street at Pere Bise. Also dined at the Abbaye in the garden. The breakfast at Cottage Bise is lovely and you can dine under the arbor overlooking the small port. The room was spotless and well appointed. We hope to return to this lovely place of peace.

We spent a long weekend at Le Cottage Bise in Talloires (Lake Annecy). We had a beautiful lakeview room and enjoyed just sitting on our small balcony grazing at the surroundings. The pool was just below our room, and we enjoyed it both full days of our visit. The food in the restaurant is excellent, and given the quality, worth the price for the pre-fix options. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning was a treat; with a great variety of items available. Traveling to Talloires and staying at Cottage Bise was worth the 20 minute taxi ride from Annecy. We really hope to return!

I stayed here in the summer with my daughter. I am a single parent and sometimes that means that you can be overlooked as a guest. Not here. The owners daughter in particular was amazing, considerate and so kind. We enjoyed our stay so much that we kept extending the days, spending time lazing but the pool but with those gorgeous lake views as we ordered lobster rolls and croque monsieur with truffles. I finished a book! Room was lovely, we actually changed to the main house with stunning Mountain View’s. Both rooms were lovely, clean and quiet with Nuxe toiletries. We have had a difficult year and this hotel and staff were just the tonic we needed. We took a boat ride around the lake and dined lake side every night. The food was mouth watering and service attentive. It helped that my favorite wine was in the menu! I also enjoyed both a facial and massage which was so relaxing I fell asleep. I am almost worried to write this review as this place is so special I want to keep it our little secret!

I have been visiting The Annecy and Tailloires area for over twenty years and recently had an outstanding stay at this lovely lakeside hotel. All was perfect! Beautiful and spacious lakefront room with a large bath and comfortable bed,great linens and a great balcony to chill and enjoy the unbeatable surrounding views..Housekeeping and food services were exceptional. My only regret is that I could not stay longer.For sure ,I will regular return to this gem of a hotel. The location and views cannot be beat.The breakfast was excellent and served in a room or on the fabulous terrace with views to match.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans la Baie de Talloires qui est selon moi le plus bel endroit du lac d'Annecy. Le Cottage Bise est une très bonne adresse pour profiter du lac, de la piscine sans oublier de manger au restaurant gastronomique les Terrasses du Cottage qui mérite le déplacement. Notre chambre avait une vue lac et c'était tout simplement sublime par tous les temps. Petit plus pour le petit déjeuner en chambre sur le balcon face au lac. Je reviendrai sans hésiter :)

L'emplacement est idéal, face au lac. Belle terrasse pour prendre un cocktail par exemple, mais déception de l'accompagnement offert avec les boissons. Quelques olives et noix de cajou pour un cocktail dont le prix reste très élevé 17 €. La chambre est correcte mais il manque une bouilloire ou une machine à café. Dans d'autres établissements du même type, c'est la norme. Le niveau de la restauration est bon. Le personnel est attentionné. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de hammam. Sinon rien à dire de plus.

Situation sur le Lac, hôtel et cuisine délicieux, un personnel parfait, des Hôtes attentionnés et charmants. On ne peut qu'apprécier et profiter de ce bel endroit idéalement situé à Talloire Alors à l'Année prochaine !

Un hôtel des plus détestable et des plus compliqué. Il a fallut de nombreux échanges de mail pour ne pas aller de l’avant avec la réservation. Nous avons un chien qui doit payé 25 euro/nuit et c’est suffisamment cher pour que l’hôtel précise qu’il n’y a pas de nourriture pour ce prix certains clients pourraient demander Les chiens sont admis en français, mais doivent être de petits chiens en anglais (voir tarifs). J’ai un braque français et non un bouledogue anglais. Et ce ne sont pas les petits chiens les moins bruyants. Ensuite il faut un surclassement dans une chambre avec balcon afin d’avoir un chien, 80 euro de plus. Donc 105 euro pour un chien !!!!!!!! Et ils ne peuvent même pas aller au restaurant Des conditions totalement inacceptables. Quelle avidité et quel manque de respect pour les hôtes. On prend la clientèle de haut et on la méprise. Je n’ai vraiment plus envie d’y aller avec ou sans chien. Et tout cela pour perdre entre 600 et 700 euro de chiffre d’affaire. Un conseil : refusez les animaux
