Boho Tamarindo - Adults Only

Are first reaction to the hotel was questionable. We arrive late in the afternoon and nobody was around. Thanks to one of the other guest , we found our room and they informed us of codes and schedules. The next morning it was all up hill. Met our best buddy Schneider at 7:15AM for a delicious breakfast and he informed us of all the information we needed like where us town, where is the beach and activities we decided to do. Week stayed 8 nights and were equally impressed with the owners Laura and Josh and Toni. Their serve was excellent along with the house maids. Our time Tamarindo was spent on the beach every morning and we travelled by walking to several other beaches close by. Went to town every afternoon until evening exploring all the many restaurants and boutiques. Drank wine, rum drinks and ate dinner at most of the places on the beaches. So many places to go. Took a river boat ride. So are fill of monkeys. Many varies birds and reptiles. Holler monkeys on the way to the beach and listen to the on the evening patio. Fantastic time. Did run into difficulty at the airport and could not get out for two days Delta put us up in another resort on the Nicaragua border. Ok for us because we had plenty of time. Takes BeHo for a memorable vacation.

Great place and a perfect location. Toni was very friendly and helped us make reservations and get transport to the airport. The location is very close to the beach and quiet- exactly what we wanted. We’d go back there again in a heart beat. It was great having beach chairs and towels available to.

We LOVED Boho Tamarindo. First of all - it is spotlessly clean. The staff is amazing - delicious breakfasts every day and attentive and helpful staff made this an exceptional stay. It is very walkable to the beach and town of Tamarindo. There are lots of very expensive alternatives around, but Boho is an amazing deal for a wonderful place.

This was our favourite stay in our travels through Costa Rica. The entire property is gorgeous , rooms are modern and clean, comfortable bed, large shower, the pool was so nice to take a dip in, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff here were very friendly as well. The location is perfect , just outside of the main area but still walking distance and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. We were also very close to playa Langosta which we rode scooters to and it only took about 5 minutes. This was the perfect end to our vacation!

Loved the property. Room was clean and property was well maintained. Pool was so refreshing in the hot heat. There are new owners. Didn’t interact much with them. Breakfast every morning was amazing Snyder was such a pleasure and cooked breakfast wonderfully. Loved the fresh fruit, coffee needs work sadly. I’m love with the Raw Organic Banana Hair conditioner my hair was so soft! More sun space would be nice around the pool. The rooms were cleaned daily and bed was made. One morning I wanted to sleep in and the cleaner was knocking on my door at 9:30am. Having a do not disturb or do not clean sign would be a great suggestion! Would I visit again. Yes it was in a great location and quiet part of town close to the beach.

The location is amazing, the food is great. Schneider is the best he is very kind and hospitable and he gives the place a ray of sunshine. short walk to the beach and more private than a hotel on the water. Great location and great people

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting TAMARINDO. Within walking distance of everything. The housekeeping staff was impeccable (the rooms smelled great), Snyder was delightful and Toni was extremely helpful. They took care of us like we were family. This boutique hotel puts you where you want to be. We missed breakfast two days in a row and on the second day Snyder saves each of us a bowl of fruit, just in case we were hungry!! So thoughtful. Definitely will return.

It was nice that the hotel was on the edge of town providing a quiet a**osphere to sleep. Couldn’t find the hotel when we first arrived because there wasn’t hotel signage on the road. The short walk from the street up to the hotel is not paved which made it difficult to carry our luggage that has wheels. I didn’t like the walk down the main street to the hotel late at night with limited lighting. I guess it is safe but just stayed for a few nights. The hotel building is a modern design, very clean, with a total of 8 guest rooms that provides an intimate setting. The rooms were spacious, clean, with an excellent air conditioning system. The bathroom was spacious with a modern walk-in shower. All were very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made you feel welcomed.They serve a nice breakfast with a menu that is freshly prepared. You can eat breakfast on the outdoor balcony and spot monkeys playing in the trees.

This is a nice small hotel and is also an AB&B. The staff are very nice and friendly. The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is somewhat limited but good and more than filling. It is a short walk to the beach. We had a little issue as we arrived early and the front door was locked. I tried calling but got did not get an answer. However, we knocked and a guest opened the door and showed us the bell to ring. This only took about 10 minutes so no big deal and our room was ready, which was great.
