Отличный новый отель. Все чистое и свежее. Все удобства в номере есть. Расположение у дороги, может быть громко, слышно мотоциклы даже на 20 этаже. Бассейн и спортзал отличные на 15 этаже. Очень приятные рабочие отеля. За эти деньги замечательный отель.

В целом, место чистое и аккуратное, в номере есть все необходимое. Единственный небольшой недостаток — нет розетки в ванной. Остановлюсь здесь снова, если приеду в Пенанг.

Новый отель в Танджунг Бунга там.. очень хороший и подходит для этой деловой поездки и с включенным завтраком. Хорошая концепция отеля также.. соотношение цены и качества также.

Facilities are brand new and superb. Stay was very comfortable. Location is very strategic.

Perfect for business travellers. They have a launderette which is perfect and convenient for me! The afternoon shift Front Office clerk, Suba was very helpful during my 2 night stay. Was also able to meet the residence manager, Derek who was very friendly and brought me out for a meal at a local eatery called Yean Yean! Overall it was a perfect for me and I will be looking forward to come back here again!

Love this new and sleek property! It is well equipped with all the essential facilities - nice pool area next to the gym and launderette. Derek, the GM & the entire team are most helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my return stays!

The bathroom was not ok - it’s not enclosed with exhaust fan for ventilation; instead a little window opening was used - so very noisy traffic and racing motorbike engine noise were all the time present, not to mention the very loud, blaring prayers from nearby mosques.. very surprised for a Citadine brand hotel, which I least expect..

Room overall is nice and comfortable. It’s new. Please don’t book with the breakfast, I book with the breakfast, I went down at 9am they told me no more sandwich, I can only choose 2 bun with a drink not worth for the money . You can get nice food in Penang just not in their cafe

The overall experience at this hotel was average. One major inconvenience was the parking, which was not convenient. Additionally, the toilet bowl had noticeable yellow stains, which affected cleanliness expectations. While the stay was acceptable, improvements in hygiene and facilities would enhance the experience.

The newly built hotel is pristine clean and comfy. Nonetheless the size of the room is quite compact, just nice for couples but if you have 1 or more child it would be quite packed. Water pressure is good! Parking is easy. Would definitely consider staying here again next trip.

New hotel! Service is very good. Is automated lift parking, staff is very helpful.

酒店非常新，環境十分淸潔，我房間可以看到日間及夜間之景色，日間可以遠望海景，非常美麗，我房間有煮食用具，樓下步行5分鐘，有夜市，步行大概8分鐘，便有商場及超級市場、7-11等等，在15/F，有健身室及用半玻璃幕牆之泳池，可以一邊游水一邊睇風景.工作人員態度，非常親切及幫忙•此酒店是值得推薦及再來•

服務很好，員工們都很熱情。唯獨早餐是在樓下蛋糕店選擇吃食。第一天沒收任何費用，第二天起早選蛋糕時告知我拿鐵咖啡要加三馬幣。我問昨天為啥沒收，她説都要收的。收費不合理。
