The location is beautiful—perfect for calming both the heart and mind. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Pak Myman from the restaurant for his outstanding hospitality. The cleanliness of both the hotel area and rooms was impressive, and the facilities provided were very complete. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

we stayed here for our business trip. the building is so clean and refreshing. they offered buggy ride since its a vast resort. the staff were super helpful and polite.

Hotelnya bagus bgt, viewnya ok banget, pelayanannya sangat sangat baik. Buat anak anak juga ok, ga nyesel nginep disini. Thankyou rancabango, tetep dipertahankan ya.

Kebersihan kamar agak kurang, masih banyak debu & handuk yang kurang bersih Pilihan opsi breakfast yang hanya ala carte (bukan buffet)

Booked the hotel in the morning when we were heading to Garut my husband’s hometown. Actually planned to book another hotel which is so happening on social media right now. But it wasn’t available and there weren’t much hotel left on the last minute. There were old famous hotel and the other hotel and this hotel. This hotel got my attention because of its ambience, facilities, and view were more of a resort than a hotel which is rare to find in West Java for sure. And most important, not many people coming makes it even great for a short getaway from hustle bustle of a city. The moment I arrived at the hotel, there was a problem with my booking from Agoda. Turned out they don’t cooperate with Agoda yet. So instead, all bookings from Agoda were redirected to another travel agent sites. Which turned out I didn’t know why, a bit late in confirming my arrival to the hotel. The staffs were politely asked me to make a calls to Agoda Customer Service and asked me to wait in the lobby while doing so. Instead, I made a phone calls in my car in the parking lot. Just about 15 minutes when I was making a phone calls, the hotel staff kindly reached out to me on my car and said that the thing with Agoda already settled and We were allowed to our room. What a kindly gesture, indeed. And maybe because of the delay, the staff also gave us an upgrade to our room. We booked for garden view but they did give us a mountain view room which was more expensive than the one we booked. The point is, this is more of a resort than a hotel. The facilities, the pool was clean and quite entertaining esp for kids. The view was spectacular. The ambience was so relax and comfortable. Suitable for people who wants to getaway from the hustle bustle of the city. We didn’t regret booked for a hotel instead of for their cottage. As we enjoyed a long morning walk after breakfast. While our kids were playing with rabbits in the garden. The view from the restaurant were also spectacular, esp at night. In the edge of the lake, with lamps, and stuffs, so romantic. That’s why we decided to have dinner at their restaurant. But turned out a bit disappointed because only a few menus that we could order that night. So many out of stock menus that Saturday night. Also the breakfast selection could’ve been better. I paid extra 75.000,- for my 8-year old daughter. But the breakfast available were only bala2 and stuffs, instant noodle, toast, lontong, porridge, and rice but without protein. And it was a bit slow for the staff in the restaurant to refill every empty tray. And also the hotel applies non-smoking policy inside the room. Which I like the most. One thing maybe the hotel might consider to also apply non-smoking policy in the entire hotel. It’s so disturbing when you want a fresh clean air for you and the whole family (mine with 8-year old and 2-month old) but there were man smoking everywhere near the restaurant, pool, and even inside the lobby by the stairs! But overall
