Shores Plantation

We stayed at the Plantation Shores. We walked to the restaurant to eat and had to pay 200 limperas per person just to eat....we didnt use their pool or chairs on the beach.. then, had to pay for the food at above normal rates. I will not eat at this restaurant again nor will I suggest anyone else does.

My wife and I have visited here for 15 years. Due to Covid, we hadn't visited for close to two years. We were really looking forward to our stay. For our two night stay we spent the first night at the beach hotel and the second night in the cabins. As I said, we've been staying for 15 years, sometimes staying the beach and sometimes in the cabins. Since we hadn't been here in so long, we decided to split the time between the two. I am disabled and use a mobility cart. When we arrived, we were able to park close to the restaurant and hotel, but as soon as I got out of the car, the guard told my wife that she had to move the car, even though we were parked in a legitimate spot. Our first night was fine. We went to the beachfront tables for breakfast. We were first of four families seated and the last to get our food. Gringo tax? Sure seemed like it. That day we went to get our cabin room keys. Since we had been there so many times, we naively did not check the cabin. It turns out they were completely changed into small bedrooms, so small there wasn't even a desk and chair, with no furniture outside. Disappointed, and only 15 minutes after getting our key, we asked for a refund which was refused. The website no longer gives prices, which jumped hugely. Spend and extra $30, and go go to Telemar. There is no way that Honduras Shores is worth the money. P.S. The front office staff was surly and argumentative.

El lugar es precioso. Las habitaciones cuentan con buen internet, agua caliente y aire acondicionado. Rica comida y bonita piscina. El problema fue la carretera de acceso, es de tierra y estaba lloviendo entonces estaba llena de baches y lodo. Sugiero entrar con un carro altoAWD o 4x4.

El servicio está muy malo, la atención que brindan desde los guardias hasta el personal administrativo es malísimo, nunca nos solucionaron nada, nos dieron una casa donde un aire acondicionado "no estaba disponible" y la caja del televisor estaba mala. Dejaron mucho que desear...

Una experiencia muy relajante y la atención fenomenal. Buen lugar para ir en familia lugar seguro y agradable para crear momentos inolvidables con tu familia La playa muy cerca del hotel y la piscina con la profundidad adecuada para grandes y pequeños.

En esta ocasión, nos hospedamos en el hotel (también tienen casas y cabañas). En términos generales, está limpio, es amplio y con buena iluminación, podrían mejorar, añadiendo mejores toallas, una cafetera y secador de cabello.

Fuimos todo el equipo de la empresa, 55 colaboradores. Esos bárbaros nos cobraron L150.00 por cada carro, fuimos 11 carros, solo por parquearse, nos hablaron hasta de la policía, porque algunos ni sabíamos que debíamos pagar parqueo, luego quisieron cobrarnos hasta la piscina, cuando les pagamos más de L20,000 en comida, son unos USUREROS! No vayan a ese lugar, solo es la pinta, el servicio, ordinario, y su personal administrativo ni usar un interruptor de pared me dejaron para poder cargar mi teléfono.
