👎 the rooms was field of smells of kitchen. The rooms is noisy, because bad soundproof. Never choose the room number 101☹️☹️. There is no reception area. 👍 Hotel has a great location and friendly staff. We will miss Thessaloniki but this hotel never be back ☹️☹️

We initially had some problems with *********** cancelling all our reservations due to some system hack or something and as a traveller it was the worst moment as you're already all set for your flight and all and that happens. *********** wasn't helping at all they even said I cancelled my bookings which isn't true coz' I'm going for sure, it's my birthday trip why would I do that. To make the long story short, Despoina helped me throughout the process. She made sure everything will be fine. We came to the hotel quite early and luckily our room was ready. Everything was amazing. It's very accessible to almost everything. We love walking so we are very happy with the location. The breakfast was exceptional. Their pies are lovely and it's very good to start your day with a good breakfast. Hopefully, we'll come back soon. Thank you very much for an amazing stay.

This place is an absolute diamond. Do not be deterred by the quirky little entrance because everything beyond is five star. The rooms are near to perfect; spotlessly clean, cleverly and beautifully decorated with the most comfortable bed ever, the best shower ever and the quietest (very efficient) air conditioning ever. Adding to this an excellent breakfast arrangement and wonderful friendly staff leaves nothing more to say apart from it being in the perfect location. It’s set on a quiet city side street a gentle 20 minutes stroll to all the main sites and only 5 minutes walk to several of the best eating places in Thessaloniki. All in all a gem of a find.

Stunning. Incredibly beautiful facility, everything was spotless, incredibly modern, artsy and in impeccable condition. A little tricky to find because there are two parts of the hotel which are a little far from each other, but once you’re there everything is perfect. Staff were extremely friendly and our room was absolute heaven. We especially loved the waterfall shower in our room and the huge very high quality bed with soft extremely clean bedding. Wow!

Great central location on a quiet street. Room with double bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really good with large number of choices. The staff were so friendly. Especially thank RM you to Eleftheria and Rumona (spelling??)

The hotel is excellently situated, walking distance from many attractions of Thessaloniki. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is perfectly adequate with a clean room, excellent shower and air condition that was very important due to the very hot weather. The breakfast was adequate and pleasant. In summary a very fare return for the cost.

Admittedly, I stayed there for two days, meaning that the size of the room or the absence of a “proper” closet did not bother me at all. I arrived before the check-in time, quite tired from my early trip to the airport, and the room was ready for me earlier (which is nothing to be taken for granted), a coffee with a sweet pie was brought to my room right after I checked-in. The location is terrific and the stuff was absolutely lovely. I wouldn’t pay a huge amount of money for the breakfast, once again, here the attitude of the ladies is the best selling point, not the food itself, but I was happy to get a breakfast in the very nice shared area. All-in-all, it’s a great value for the price and a very nice service.

Stayed for one night before fling back to UK. Room spacious and comfortable.Free upgrade to room with balcony. Wifi and aircon great. Reception very helpful and booked taxi to airport for us. Breakfast simple but of good quality.

Staff friendly and helpful. Well laid out, clean and tidy room with cool decor. Good location close to stuff and things to do/eat and drink. Under ground, secure parking on the same street for €14 for first 24hrs. Breakfast was very good...didn’t need to eat for hours. Totally recommend and would defo stay here again.
