We booked this hotel after reading so many positive reviews about this hotel. Unfortunately, this hotel is a total disappointment. We booked superior room with balcony. We arrived late around 7.30pm and our arrival experience was horrible. The entire hotel, there was only 1 staff at the lobby. The lobby was dark and empty. He did the checked in procedure, carried our luggages [ 20 inch cabin size ] and open the room door for us, switched on the air con , switch on thai TV channel for us which we do not understand. [ FYI; the staff does not understand English ] The room is spacious, the bathroom, standing shower, toilet, bathtub, 2 basin, however, they have really small closet to hang clothes and also no area to put our luggages [ Thank god our luggages are cabin size. WE HAVE TO PUT IHR 2 LUGGAGES ON THE COACH. Pls take note that theur hot water pressure is low. Regarding of amentities are below quality-- no tooth brush , no slipper, their shower gel is black 😅 The working desk is really small very small , not comfortable to work for 1 hour. Their " Marshell " speaker is really unimportant or useless to guests ,at least to us. Their towels are all black, we felt unclean. Many reviews said the bed, pillow blankets are soft, I think over rated, they are just average. We dont enjoy or feel like staying or chilling in this hotel room. Is terrible holiday experience.

ที่พักสะอาด โมเดิร์น บรรยากาศดีมาก ในราคาที่ไม่แพงเลย การบริการดี แต่ไม่ได้ซื้ออาหารเช้าที่โรงแรม โดยรวมประทับใจค่ะ :)

We stayed at this property for 5 nights whilst enjoying the Khao Kho area. What we liked Stylish look of property Sufficient free parking right outside the accommodation Good location Quiet Interesting buffet with quality offerings albeit at a much higher cost than what is charged by hotels in the area Good internet Good size of room with excellent bed Nice speaker which is easy to use through bluetooth What we did not like Very weak water pressure in shower with temperature up and down Our room was on the third floor … no elevator, very steep staircase … and, absolutely no offer to help with luggage Be mindful Entrance to property by car is in a pretty dangerous position, especially at night … be mindful of this No restaurant on site The minibar and coffee machine are on the balcony, weird, took us some time to figure out Overall, an interesting property with nice quality. Most of the flaws could easily be fixed with the necessary management attention.

펫차분 자체가 크게 볼거는 없지만 이 호텔은 정말 생각지도 않은 발견을 한것 같습니다.. 침구류 욕실 욕조 다 아주 만족하고 하루 편하게 있었습니다.

Very disappointing hotel. nothing like in the pictures. Lack of service, lack of facilities and lack of motivation of staff. We left immediately to a better place.

比較新，位置略微有點偏，但是有車就不是問題了

It said that breakfast could be bought at the hotel. But even though they had the most beautiful places for it, it was not possible to buy breakfast there. The hotel looks nice, but the price are about 35% to high for the standard there. It’s not like it’s in the mountains but have a view to it. There was almost no guests there. Get the price down at the right level then I am sure there will be enough guests so a normal hotel breakfast would also be something that could be made by the hotel for a normal service!!

โรงแรมสะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะอาดค่อนข้างครบ แม้จำนวนพนักงานในโรงแรมอาจน้อยไปนิด คาดว่าถ้าทุกอย่างพร้อมกว่านี้ต้องเป็นโรงแรมที่เพอเฟคที่สุดในเขาค้อเลยค่ะ

You cannot easily find the hotel from the main road and Google sends you down the closed off path. Front desk says it's hard to describe how to get there and doesn't give details. The room is elegant with vaulted ceilings and tile everywhere. The air con works well and the bed is soft and enjoyable. There are walk in shower and bath tub. The fridge is on the patio, so is the tea pot. The view was of a field and if you have mosquito spray you can enjoy your breakfast. No food was available for room service. There are many spiders to keep the insect population under control but the room smelled musty from lack of use. They knew we were coming a month in advance... Couldn't be bothered to air the place out though.

Highly recomanded.
