Good location - on top of JR station & next to bus terminus. Very convenient.

Inside the Tokushima Station. The room is big. Clean and super accommodating staff. Recommended Hotel for those staying in Tokushima.

Place is very convenience for us. After flight landed, we took bus at airport and get off the end of the bus stop. Then you will see the hotel. It is very easier and nearby, no any trouble to traveler to find hotel. Nice lobby and helpable of hotel staff. We asked more 2 bottle of water at the front desk, just few mins i saw staff already arrive at our room , he is faster than us arrive at my room. Good service and nice. We also dine at 6 floor restaurant. Very nice. Appreciate to highly recommend this hotel if travel to Tokushima.

I recently stayed at the neighboring Daiwa Roynet Tokushima hotel for a few nights before moving to JR Hotel Clement Tokushima, where complimentary bottled water was a standard amenity in the rooms. For those considering a stay here, I recommend planning ahead rather than venturing out late at night for water. Complimentary bottled water, a standard amenity in neighboring hotels, is unfortunately not provided here. There has been no reply from the hotel regarding this enquiry.

Great location

Good location very near tokushima jr train station - bus station then go everywhere is easy

Hotel was right next to the train station and right in front of the bus terminal. Very convenient and central location. Staff was also helpful in helping to arrange for luggage to be delivered to the next hotel. Good experience overall.

Adjacent to the Tokushima station and the Clement Shopping Mall. So very conveniently located. I think it is always a good idea to book a JR Clement hotel in any city as it is always situated a stone’s throw or even adjacent to a JR train station. Highly recommended !

Excellent position right above the station. Room and hotel were well appointed and clean. Quick and easy check-in and check out.

Nice hotel but staff service average

Having a lot of language barrier with the staffs during the stay. The staffs need to have more train English.

Very convenient location, right above the JR station with malls and restaurants nearby. Room is spacious. If you are driving, you can park right next to the hotel and it cost 1,000yen for 24 hours.
