Mixed feelings about hotel. First of all check in process was good. They had the exact room type I reserved. The pool was good but hot tub jets didn't work. We called to see if they could fix it and they got them working for a little bit but they quit working shortly after again. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. The evening social hour was nice. Very good drinks. The breakfast was horrible. I'm very familiar with hotel free breakfast and other drurys are usually great. The eggs were very runny and soggy. The biscuits were hard as Rock. The sausage had a very funky taste as well... probably wasn't real sausage. The most disturbing thing was on the day of checkout I'm sitting in my bed relaxing in my an hour and half before I had to checkout and the housekeeping manager lady came barging into my room without even knocking. I was only wearing my T-shirt and underwear and quickly had to get dressed. She then says, oh someone still has stuff in here and walks back out of the room. I then go out of the room and asked her what was going on. She then laughed and said oops most people are out by now I'm just checking all the departures. I said last I checked I still have an hour and half and she said yup no problem. I said well don't you normally knock before barging in and she said it's normally fine as most leave by now... This really upset me and if that's how a manger is leading and training her team I prefer never to come back.

Staff was awesome and friendly. Bartender was a great guy! Both food services were very good, clean and welcoming also with super friendly workers. My room was spotless too. My minor complaint is I prefer a heavier weight comforter on the bed. Great place!!

Very busy rude people that stay there. Seem to be families of 10 or more per room. We could not even get an extra blanket for our child as it was was over capacity.

Great overall value and well-kept. Complimentary breakfast was fresh with good variety. We would stay here again for sure.

Didn’t make children follow the rules as well as it was so crowded. You couldn’t even hardly use the pool or the hot tub.

Great value, spacious room and very nice breakfast and dinner included. Pool was clean. Rooms a bit dated, walls and carpets could be cleaned. Great location. Overall very happy we will definately be back.

This place is our go-to choice when we visit family. The whole place is clean, the workers are super friendly, and the price is very reasonable.

The hotel is fine. The employees are fantastic. The snacks and drinks are a nice touch although we were never there to use them and the breakfast is good. Although this time, it didn’t start early enough for us to the eat as we had to leave at 7am. Parking is great. Room is fine and beds are comfortable although the blanket situation was lacking. Basically a sheet and think blanket. Not real cozy. As a family- we picked the place for the pool and hot tub. We were not even able to use it because it was packed. I mean packed! Way over capacity. Probably 20 people in the hot tub. Not an empty chair. Families standing around. It was gross and couldn’t have been clean. It seemed like maybe people locally come and get a room and then invite their entire family. People changing in the bathroom near the pool. It was like something I’ve never seen. No way were these all guests as the place seemed fairly empty. The hotel needs to go to a bracelet system to monitor that the hotel pool is for guests only. Because of the pool situation, we won’t return.

First time at this chain and it will be the last. Old hotel ‘remodeled’ so you get a pig with lipstick.
