Aldea Canzul Tulum

An amazing place - felt I was in a magazine. The rooms were a good size and well appointed and clean. The hard-working staff were polite, friendly and efficient. The main living area was very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious. Access to the beach and the main street was easy. Felt very safe and knew the team had our wellbeing front of mind. Shout out to all the staff and Leo who was very attentive and happy to arrange of taxi for us. The entire place was perfect. The only issue was the loud music being played either side of the house which went into the late night. Not something I assume anything anyone can do about but worth a mention.

We stayed in Aldea Canzul from April 30 to May 4. We occupied 3 of the villas there. My immediate family of 6 people stayed at the Villa Chakte. The place was just great. The rooms were very spacious, clean with comfortable beds, more than enough room towels and beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved sitting and resting on the roof, that had comfortable sofas and chairs. At the beach in front of the villa, they have enough chairs and beach beds and everything else you need to enjoy the beach. The complimentary breakfasts each morning were very good. The staff at the Aldea Canzul, led by Mau, is terrific, very responsive and prompt. The location is fantastic, you can't beat it, on the beach in the middle a strip full of restaurants, stores, and hotels. Overall, we loved our stay at Aldea Canzul and will come back next time we visit Tulum.

Natalie and Mauricio are the best! They welcomed us and took care of every need from delivered groceries to the house, setting up the volleyball net on the beach, restaurant reservations, setting up transportation, to providing onsite garment care as we readied ourself for the various wedding events. The AC in one of the rooms was not working, but they resolved without hesitation. There is security at beach and back access points . The attention to detail, cleanliness, and beach support was as stated by the reviews. This place is nestled in the right part of town with top rated restaurants at a short walking distance. The house Casa Chakte has 3 floors and comfy coves through out the house and a dipping pool can be found to relax and take in nature. Even though there was party music at neighboring restaurants and clubs, this property offers enough privacy and seclusion to feel the comforts of home away from home. You are guaranteed to catch sunrises and a nice ocean view as this house offers a rooftop to lounge in, including a hammock to lay back and hear the sounds of nature. We went for 5 nights to attend brother’s destination wedding and most of our family and friends stayed at various Ahau Collection properties and Aldea Canzul was a true 5 star property from arrival to departure. We highly recommend.

We stayed in the treehouse for my best friend's bachelor party. The whole experience blowed me away. This was the most beautiful airbnb I've ever stayed in. Extremely clean so safe perfectly located when visiting Tulum. Everyone was so professional we had 24 hour security and they were beyond accommodating. 10/10 would highly recommend

My wife and I traveled to Tulum with 17 of our closest friends and family to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The facility is absolutely beautiful and incredibly maintained, but the real story is the staff. They went above and beyond for us at every moment. With such a large group we had a lot of requests and they were always very responsive to what we needed. I can’t thank you all enough for making our 50th bday trip special. Everything was amazing! The homes had everything needed. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. The grounds are incredible. When we needed something, the staff was there to assist. This is also a very secure spot with gate attendants posted day and night. We felt very safe. This is also in an area with restaurants and shops literally right outside of the gate. Overall, this was an incredible vacation!
