Staff is friendly, bedroom bathroom is very clean. The only disliked thing is that the water pressure when taking shower is weak. So it takes more time when showering… Overall, everything is good !

This property is very new so everything is currently very well maintained and very clean. Staff was very kind and even drew us a map on how to get to our room. The room we stayed in was small, but the bathroom was very spacious. For the adorable price, you really can’t complain. However, I wish the room we stayed in had a mini fridge. Only after we checked out did I see some reviews mentioning that not all rooms have fridges/microwaves and it’s something that you need to mention to the front desk staff if you’d like that in your room. Initially when entering the property, it looked sketchy since it’s right off the highway, however that security there is top notch and very quick to respond. I know this because I went to sit around the pool after hours (I didn’t know they closed at 10pm) and the security guard came a minute or two later letting me know the pool was closed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This is a new property...the room design is spot on. The whole property is a masterpiece of well thought out hotel ingenuity. I hate to say this..but this hotel is too good for the area it's in. My biggest fear is the people who rent here from this area...lack proper hotel edicate and will run this BEAUTIFUL place into the ground.

I absolutely did not expect a queen and single after 5 hours of travel in a car and nothing can be done to change this per the front desk. I wish I could leave immediately

Room was clean and tidy when I got there. The bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. Bed is comfortable and has great amenities. The location is very nice too, great food options, some at walking distance.

Very affordable. They redeveloped and it’s really nice. Clean new bathroom. TV. Outside the property is nice. I would stay here again. Thank you.

I was here a few times under prior owner (Key Inn) when it was a dive. The transformation is fantastic. Clean, modern, beautifully redone pool area. I’m impressed. Only knock is bed was only a Full size to fit a very tiny room. But again, just beautifully done

Maybe the last clean hotel in CA?! Super pleasantly surprised with our stay. Very affordable and extremely clean. Not posh or extra, just clean and comfortable- all I ask for!

IT TOOK 25 DAYS FOR THEM TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT!!!!!! Almost an entire month! When I finally got it, there was NO apology, NO stay 3 days and we will give you the 4th is free! NOTHING! We booked through ******* and we're Platinum Members! Still, they took $125 (the most of any place we've stayed)! And they don't put a hold --- it's an actual purchase, because a hold goes back in 24 hours! But when I called Peter (a boss) he was adamant the charge was returned! Two days later, after MORE THAN 3 WEEKS --- my account showed a pending deposit from this place for $125! Then get this . . . after a three day stay, we asked if we could checkout by noon? Makayla or Makenzie or whatever (the front desk worker who apparently credited another person our deposit) said checking out late would incur a charge! We got out of there by 10:59! I should have known because as we were checking in, (which was a 20-minute ordeal because the young Latino worker [no name tags] had to call his boss just to check us in) he was in a lengthy debate with a woman complaining that she was charged twice on her deposit for one room! We were seniors and asked for a ground floor room away from the freeway noise, the Latino worker said that is the room for ******* people! So no easy access room for us. During our 3-day stay, everybody was stacked on the same rooms on the side nearest the noisy freeway! We saw no one with rooms overlooking the serene pool area! Service after the sale is IMPERATIVE! Fix it!!!
