The location is excellent. Rooms are a bit small but overall ok.

Food and stay was good. Can improve on hospitality. Their restaurant was good having varieties of food.

I stayed here for a day. It was an excellent experience to stay with them. The food and snacks was excellent in their restaurant. Room service was very good.

The staff at the reception were very rude. We had requested for extension in check out and were fine to pay additional charges. However the staff at the reception misbehaved with elders.

Food was good, rooms were clean, very well maintained, just 1. 1 kms from the railway station, we totally enjoyed our stay.

The property is four km away from shree mahakal temple. The property seemed to be newly constructed. More importance was given on aesthetic look of the property. Rooms were neat and clean. But washrooms were too small. Ceiling shower has been provided but hand shower hasn’t been provisioned. Shower taps functioning is complex to use. There is no space for keeping toiletries hence they were kept very close to wash basin that they become wet once wash basin tap is used for even few seconds. Doormats were missing which were provided separately on request. Zebra blind curtains have been used which were not user friendly. Main mirror was place in front of bed. We had ordered 6 jain biryanis while leaving but we’ve received all non jain biryanis which is completely non acceptable.

The room, food or location, everything was fabulous. The hotel staff is very much co-operative. We reached their about 2 hrs earlier than check in time but they had provide us early check in.

The property was very clean and hygiene. Staff was very good and i like the door bell very much and more over ground floor restaurant was superb and taste. I love the stay and next time also i will be staying in the same property.

Accomodation was really awesome. Very happy with the service and quality of hotel and food was really good.
