Ai Patrizi di Venezia

Unfortunately I do not recommend Ai Patrizi for a couple of reasons. We had an expensive item stolen. We stupidly left it the apartment when we left on our last day. We realised when we got to the airport that we didnt pick it up on the way out and contacted the apartment. They engaged with us but say nothing was found. We 100% know it was left behind and exactly where left it. Prior to this we had problems with mosquitoes. There were lots of mosquitoes in the apartment that hid up in the high raftered ceiling and would keep us awake at night and I have loads of bites. I tried to buy mosquito spray but local places were sold out so be warned. The aircon does not work and it was reading 26 degrees C in the room. There is no contact for assistance or housekeeping. They don't change the towels or do any cleaning during your stay. On the plus side, they are well decorated and located but sadly our experience was not good.

Lovely apartment but very hot and air conditioning not working. Would not allow us to lower the temperature in the bedroom. Couldn't sleep with windows open as noisy takeaway directly below which was open till 3 am. In a very convenient area half way between Rialto and St Marco. Tip go down the second alleyway to the left after leaving the building, follow it around past the bavolo, after exiting the alley take the opposite alley just past the art shop, brings you out to the back of St Marco and the entrance to Hard Rock Cafe. Makes St Marco a five min hassle free walk

Beautiful and private luxury apartment, complete with kitchen, sitting area/sofa bed, master bedroom and bathroom. This layout provided adequate personal space for our 3 person group - a good value when compared to price of 2 hotel rooms or a hotel suite. Great location, with windows opening onto Campo Manin and surrounded by shopping and restaurants. There also was a small outdoor terrace with table, seating and lounge chairs located just across the hallway from our apartment door, where we enjoyed wine and cheese one evening. No view, except rooftops, pigeons, gulls and sky, but still a pleasant outdoor space to sit and unwind after sightseeing. Some apartments appeared to have private terraces, but ours did not. The building is just a short walk to Rialto docks/Rialto bridge area, making it easy to catch the water bus to move around the city or to go to/from train station or airport. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the docks, so not at all difficult to roll your bags from the dock to the apartment. No hills, other than a small bridge, and the building has an elevator. Communication with Davide, our host, was responsive and clear from day of booking to day of checkout, making our after-hours check-in simple and stress-free. We would definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Venice!

This apartment was beyond what I expected. Located in the heart of town and close to the market and pharmacy. Safe and secure, with locked gates which can only be accessed by code. Our room was so beautiful and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was all white marble and clearly it was newly remodeled, classy and timeless. Check in was smooth and easy, Davide was great and he gave us some pointers to help us navigate the town. Provided us with numbers for transportation, and information on whatever we asked for. Book with confidence. You won’t be disappointed.

Una experiencia muy buena en relación a precio-ubicación-calidad. Las instrucciones de llegada son claras y está muy bien ubicado. La suite estaba muy limpia y fue perfecta para mi familia (2 niños y 2 adultos). Definitivamente recomiendo estos apartamentos.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pour 3 nuits. Il a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. C'est très grand, bien rénové et très bien placé. Notre appartement donnait sur une petite cour, il y avait une petite terrasse avec 2 transats que nous n'avons pas testés. La cuisine est très bien équipée (casseroles, micro ondes, frigo, couverts) , j'ai pu cuisiner tous les jours et cela nous a permis de ne pas exploser notre budget alimentation. Beaucoup de petites attentions du propriétaire appréciables, essuie-tout, dosettes pour la machine à café Nespresso, sucre, sel, poivre, confiture....nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le gros plus de cet résidence est qu'elle est équipée d'un ascenseur, et est à 5min a pied de la place San Marco, et 5min du pont Rialto. Nous avons fait des aller-retours plusieurs fois par jour à l'appartement, cela nous a permis de nous attarder tard le soir et profiter de la place San Marco illuminée et avec très peu de touristes. Enfin, arrivée tardive sans problème, le propriétaire était super. Lors de notre prochain séjour à Venise, nous reviendrons là.
