Water from all tanks/mini-pools at spa was cold, we couldn't get into the water. The fire in the fireplace was not working due to another malfunction. And their hotel policy isn't very guest-friendly....at least breakfast was good, with many traditional dishes.

Super cool location for families, friends and couples. The restaurant is very interesting and is one of the best places in the area. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is great they also have activities for kids. Rabbits and play areas.

Even if the weather didn't cooperate with us, we had peace and good food. We definitely want to come back in the summer. Reasonable breakfast, and compared to Sinaia the food prices are very good. Many interesting things, a pontoon over a lake, playground for children, a tree house, bicycles for rent, campfire.

Pros Beautiful peaceful quiet rural setting. Very good food. Friendly helpful staff, except see below. Spa: relaxation room with complimentary water, tea, and apples, and salt room. Parquet floor and traditional painted furniture in room. Cons Paying for parking and then walking out to the road on icy footpaths and back into the hotel with our luggage. I suggest if the management/owner hasn't tried, that he/she attempt to negotiate with the neighbor who runs the parking lot to build a gate for hotel clients to get to and from the parking lot. When we entered our room, my wife noticed that there was only one set of towels - for one person. I went to the front desk. The lady told me they would bring it up to the room. After my wife took a shower; and it was my turn, I waited 45 minutes. Finally I went back to the front desk. This time, the front desk lady walked about 4 yards to retrieve the towels and gave them to me (why couldn't she do that the first time??!!) I never got an explanation for this annoying inconvenience. When I complained, the front desk woman (I never got her name) told me that the manager would call me. He/she didn't call. The refrigerator in the room did not work. We don't like doorless shower stalls. RE: spa The steam room was too hot; and the water coming out of the hose was SCALDING hot!! My wife actually suffered a burn from trying to use it. The jacuzzi jets in the warm pool did not work. We asked 3 times. We were told that they go on automatically; but we spent 3 - 4 hours in the spa every day, and never saw them turn on. It is hard to imagine a spa without some bubbles! For some reason they turned off the ice machine when we were there; and we had to ask them to turn it on… No response from management to this review.

All beds are twin and not comfortable to sleep. It's a "child friendly" place but you can't sleep with a toddler in the bed due to the fact the beds are twin. They offer cribs but not all children sleep in cribs so for us was impossible to rest and have a good quality sleep. You can have twin beds but mattress shoudl be double for the ones who needs double bed. Rooms are bit dirty and not well taken care furtniture looks old. Place has potential but it's clearly not well managed. Not sure how safe is to walk around the place as there are wild dogs in the area so might be unsafe with kids.

We had a really nice stay, our room was spacious and very clean, the spa was nice (great saunas, super clean, small indoor pools but quite enjoyable (one with bubbles). The staff was nice in both restaurant and reception, informing us about closing times and last orders in advance. They have some super cute rabbits, very nice courtyard and a truly relaxing place and a**osphere. We were not asked to pay for parking, even though it is advertised on their website. As a tip, we booked our trip from their website (it was about 200 ron cheaper than booking). Also, as they ask for a minimum 2 nights stay, we opted for Saturday and Sunday instead of Friday and Saturday nights, as again, this option was consistently cheaper. The reason for which I am only giving 4 stars is that you can literally hear everything from the rooms next door, we stayed in the 3rd building, at the first floor and we heard each and every time a door was opened/closed, as well as the TV from the other room. Also, once you use the shower you can no longer use the sink properly as it's way to wet, but it's still manageable. All in all, I recommend this place, we really had an enjoyable stay!

It's the hotel that ruined our stay. There is no understanding for absolutely nothing and you do not feel like a guest but just a bag of money that they want to empty. If you want to have a stay, vacation or just a little peace ... avoid this "hotel" !!!

We paid quite a lot especially for the activities for children, which did not exist. only after we argued with them, they brought an educator who did an hour of activities with the children. at the restaurant, the children could not do anything because there were organized groups staying and they were disturbing them. absolutely nothing of what they promised was organized. it wasn't very clean, we didn't even have water in the room, except on the first day. the parking is paid, although it is in the middle of a country road, unguarded, without cameras, without barriers. We will definitely not return and I will not recommend this location. expensive for nothing
