Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel

Beautiful hotel and great service. The onsite restaurant was great with food allergies as we were traveling with our peanut allergy son. The waitress for breakfast and dinner went above and beyond to be sure the food was prepared with care. Turn down service was nice. The morning on floor coffee station was awesome!! No need to go downstairs for that first cup when it’s on your floor. They also have a grab and go breakfast option which is very nice.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary in the Commodore’s suite. The hotel made our day special with an unexpected upgrade, sparkling wine and dessert! We were blown away by their generosity. The suite is gorgeous and super clean with a gorgeous balcony overlooking Seneca Lake. Everything was perfect including food. We highly recommend this hotel. Such class.

I booked last May 2023 a three nights stay at a set rate - upon checking out the Hotel up-charged my last night . Taking advantage -This was without my knowledge and without any notification of the change in room rate prior to my visit. Poor business and customer management.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is the nicest I have ever encountered. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well appointed. Restaurant is very good. And the view of Seneca Lake is gorgeous. Wonderful stay. Top notch hotel. Highly recommend.

We decided on picking Watkins Glen area for a two night escape and selected the Harbor Hotel for our stay. Simply put, we could not have picked a better place. The hotel is beautiful and immaculate. The pool was a much welcomed amenity and our king sized room was well appointed and comfortable. The staff was exceptional in their friendliness, performance, and caring. Eliana, Melissa, Ashley, and Damon were just great. Helpful and conversational without being intrusive. Drinks at the Cool Water bar before dinner at Blue Point restaurant was very enjoyable. Cathleen had the swordfish and I had a filet. Both were done to perfection and tasty. Of course we accompanied that with some local NYS wines. The Harbor Hotel is an excellent place to stay and we recommend it highly.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed. The hotel is beautifully decorated inside and out for fall. The hotel is well maintained and spotless. It is all the fine details that made our stay unforgettable. There are several seating areas outside to enjoy the lake view. Some of the seating areas have gas fire pits in the evening surrounded by comfortable adirondack chairs. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The view was amazing. They have a grab and go breakfast which we enjoyed on our balcony. We ordered egg and cheese english muffins, and they were delicious and reasonably priced. The room was large, and beds were comfortable. The shower was amazing. It was very large with great water pressure. Robes were also provided. Bath products were also very nice. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant our last night. Our meals were delicious. The breadbasket was impressive, and they gave us complimentary chocolate covered cherries after dinner. If we knew how amazing the restaurant was, we would have eaten there another night. We had dinner on the patio with a lake view. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. We usually don't travel to the same place twice, but this hotel makes us want to return to Watkins Glenn.

We had lunch in the bar.The staff was excellent and very friendly. They accommodated our seating request by the window. The spicey fried chicken special was great. The winter view of Seneca Lake was great. We have been here before and they did not dissapoint this time.

This is our fourth time staying at the Harbor Hotel. This past visit was for the Fire and Ice party on the 25th of January. We love staying here.. the hotel is spotless, staff is very friendly and accommodating.. especially Abby.. she is THE best! She always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. We did not eat at the restaurant this time, but did sit at the bar for appetizers and drinks. Everything was amazing. The Fire and Ice party was a great time. It’s our second time attending and we will definitely be back next year with our family and friends!

Such a charming hotel. Our room was beautiful. We had an amazing view of the lake. It was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The courtyard features a nice seating areas with fire pits We spent an afternoon at the Rockwell museum and walked the downtown area and had some of the best Indian food ever. All in all the perfect weekend getaway
