This was a great little place and located in the perfect spot for me. There were plenty of places to choose from for dining and entertainment.

BEWARE this place is not what you see online. SEE PICS BELOW. It was gross almost didn't stay, we're exhausted. Thank God I bring my own stuff. The handle to the toilet broke off and they had someone come in the room at 8:00pm with 2 small children to almost 9:00 pm to fix it. I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR A WASH RAG THAT I DIDN'T USE. I BRING MY OWN FOR SANITARY REASONS. Imagine if this happens to every guest? Hmm I'll be getting in touch with Trip, HJ and Wyndham.

The room smells like someone was smoking in the room. The bathroom was dirty. Horrible is you can stay in another place do it.

Rooms are roomy. Having a bigger TV than 32 inch would really help. Staff was friendly. Outside could use some landscaping.

There are stairs with no elevator so having a toddler and child, with tons of luggage was very inconsiderate and inconvenient occupying a 2nd floor accommodations. The reservation called for 4 but we kept only getting two towels. Room service kept interrupting our stay asking if we’re checking out. Each day of our stay

Room was huge with plenty of space. Once i sprayed my room fresher it was fabulous. Shower pressure and hot wayer was amazing. I was so pleased with my stay. Free parking and free breakfast. Breakfast was pancakes, coffee, OJ, mini muffins and cereal. Very basic. Price and location to Lego Land was perfect. Hotel next to a Wawa, DD, mobile gas station and Baskin Robin's. So awesome!! Quick and friendly check-in and check out. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were nice. Wasn’t able to sleep too well because of partying going on by other guests. Found a beetle crawling around on toilet.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and everything was perfect. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. We also liked the breakfast a lot. The hotel is very close to Legoland and Peppa Pig Theme Park. We definitely recommend this hotel!

It was super clean! I think a family was running it and they were on top of cleaning! Kind of dated, but served the purpose. The highlight of the breakfast was the pancake machine. I’ve got to get one for my B&B! Convenient to major highways and downtown Winterhaven.

The property is older. Everything seemed clean, but if there were other cheaper options around, I would've chosen them.

We were in town for the Jeepin' with Judd festival. Hotel was accommodating as we had a truck and trailer to park plus the jeep. Room was ok. You could tell it was an older hotel but had been remodeled. Room was very clean. Beds were the standard but comfortable. Newer carpet, etc. Overall, our stay was good. Staff was friendly. We would stay again.

They lady who checked us in was wonderful. But the connected doors never opened. And the "non smoking" room we wanted still smelled like smoke because people was smoking in the hallway and we were directly across from smoking rooms.

It was ok clean with a weird smell. The breakfast was fun for the kids with pancakes but not a lot of fruit other than bananas.

Nothing special. Very noisy location and unruly guests. Front desk clerk at check in was not friendly at all. Continental breakfast amounted to not much. Morning clerk who was also running the breakfast was friendly. Room was either too cold or too warm. There was no in-between. King mattress in our roon desperately needs replacing. The springs are shot and might as well have been poking through the bed. We have family in Winter Haven and visit often, but we won't be back at this location.
